Would it not be a good decision to have the superannuation age for government employees of all categories at 58 instead of 60 years? If this reduction is proposed, the government may have to incur large scale displeasure of serving employees. But this reduction will certainly create avenues for the unemployed to enter into government service.

Govt. must make it mandatory to select employees from Exchanges. The consultants & Hiring Agencies must be affiliated to such exchanges. Also the websites offering jobs must get affiliated. Moreover a training program by every company having Turnover of 100 crore or more shall be made mandatory in such exchanges where all who have applied for jobs can be benefited.

We need to enhance the credibility of the employment exchanges. Like IBPS takes for banking, Employment Exchanges should take for other working categories like drivers, masons, chefs, maid-maiden, carpenters, musicians, painters, cobbler, mechanic, technician, computer programmer, designer, architect, engineer etc. I mean to say all the skills which persons possess should be mentioned and noted to the respective employment exchange for each and every possible individual of that very district.

-EE should have the DataBase of each & every person in their respective areas about their qualification, empoyed or not, skills, age & other basic details. It should work like a consultancy, but of a govt. -Govt should collect the DB through PVT trusted agencies or some govt deptt, like of Statistics(MOSPI). -The govt EE should approach students through mail, phone & sms. It should create a tech savyy system pan India for EEs.

A one place system for Jobs should be there. Govt should play a proactive role in doing that.

-Why can't we have employment exchange for labors like carpenters, plumbers, painters, electricians, etc.? I have seen in Delhi itself 100s of painters & plumbers sitting on roads in groups having no work. Why can't Government create a mechanism to utilize their will & talent. But when we as common man need such labors, we are unable to find them. -There should be premises for value addition to labor through skill training along with Employment Exchange.
