As part of the celebrations commemorating the enduring contribution of the Chartered Accountancy profession to nation-building and economic progress, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to participate in the "Short Video Contest on CA – Viksit Bharat ke Vishwasniya Saarthi".
The contest provides an opportunity for participants to creatively showcase their perspectives, experiences, gratitude, and appreciation for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Chartered Accountancy profession, and their invaluable contribution towards India's economic development, financial transparency, good governance, entrepreneurship, and nation-building. Through engaging short videos, participants can highlight the role of Chartered Accountants in shaping individuals, businesses, institutions, and the nation's financial ecosystem.
This initiative aims to foster greater public awareness about the contribution of ICAI and the Chartered Accountancy profession while encouraging citizens to express their ideas, experiences, aspirations, and tributes through creative storytelling. The contest seeks to celebrate the enduring contribution of Chartered Accountants in strengthening India's economy and supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to generate, create, or substantially produce contest submissions is strictly prohibited. All entries must be the participant's original work and reflect their own creativity, effort, and expression.
Any submission found to be wholly or partially AI-generated, AI-assisted to a significant extent, manipulated using generative AI tools, or infringing upon originality requirements shall be deemed ineligible and may be disqualified at any stage of the competition. The decision of the organizers in this regard shall be final and binding.

Participants must NOT include:
a. Copyright & Intellectual Property
• Copyrighted music, videos, images, graphics, or third-party content without proper authorization.
• Plagiarized, copied, or previously published content.
• Any material violating intellectual property rights.
b. Privacy & Confidentiality
• Confidential financial records or client information.
• Personal information of any individual without consent.
• Confidential documents or non-public information.
c. Restricted Content
• False, misleading, defamatory, or unverified information.
• Political campaigning or partisan messaging.
• Communal, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content.
• Content violating any applicable law or platform guidelines.
• AI-generated deepfakes, manipulated videos, or synthetic media.
• Content that misrepresents ICAI, the Chartered Accountancy profession, or any individual.
d. Originality Requirements
• Videos must be entirely original and created by the participant.
• Entries should not have been submitted or awarded in any previous competition.
• AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted videos are not permitted.
Best Entry Criteria:
The best entries will be those that authentically reflect the contribution and impact of ICAI and the Chartered Accountancy profession while creatively communicating the vision of a financially empowered, transparent, innovative, and developed India.
Submission Guidelines:
1. Create a self-recorded video of 45 seconds to 1 minute on any of the suggested themes.
2. Upload the video on your public social media platform (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
3. Use the official campaign hashtag #CAViksitBharatKeVishwasniyaSaarthi.
4. Tag the official ICAI social media handle on the platform where the video is uploaded.
5. Submit the public video link on MyGov by pasting it in a Word/PDF document.
Language: English or Hindi (Subtitles preferred).
Originality: Content must be original, unpublished, and created solely by the participant.

2nd Prize: ₹15,000/-
3rd Prize: ₹10,000/-
