A Smart City has to have Smart Governance. Smart governance must provide timely and unbiased decisions and services. Unbiased decisions have to be Data and Policy only based. Data must be correct and complete to help deliver correct decisions and unfettered services to the Citizens. Given the scale of population, only Smart computerized Systems can help sustain this process. CSDC Systems has built such a System in INDIA and has deployed it in hundreds of Cities across the world. It is AMANDA.

3 . Developed Govt app will have an option to poll . Government should include people's opinion as one of factors while assigning tender . Tenders of our area to be given to private players should have an option to include people's opinion of that area through polling . This would help me as a member of that ward know which private player is doing good work and allows me to have my say in assigning work to him in next tender.
