computer knowledge (knowledge of word, ppt, excel) will make a person immediately a job ready. encourage courses that can be taken with 10th and 12th qualification. encourage people to establish computer centers (like old type institutions) thru "rojgar yojana" or some scheme annexed to local schools especially in suburban and rural areas.Mandate sports for girls. Encourage kabaddi, khokho, basket ball, football which are low cost unlike cricket. they make girls strong, confident, team players.

I think first we need to define females are better in few works then man. Eg. Marketing, Communication, Interpesonal skills, Human resource managment, Emotions handling etc. We need to create list of skills where Women can contribute significantly for industries. Then we need to ask industry experts of experience required and skills required for that work. We need to provide certification to companies for balancing girl vs boy ratio. Their can be minor tax rebates for companies.

I Think our curriculum must be limited.Instead of 10 subjects there must be only 4 or 5 subjects. Division of the subject must be done according to the faculties. English like subject must be compulsory. But other subject must be choosen by the students as per their choice. This well help them to go deep in their own field of interest.

Girl students in rural areas should be encouraged to learn at least one professional skill and a list of options should be provided. They should also be given access to language and culture training programs which enhance their communication skills as well. Subjects relating to tourism like History, Geography, Arts should be included and excursions should be organised to give them a first-hand experience.
