A new subject in school curriculum only for girls should be introduced. The curriculum should contain the concepts of how to handle men, how to foster a child, how to be bold, how to self-defend, how to be aware, how to run a company, how to behave in workplace, how to succeed in marriage life, how to develop the skills that are suitable for girls and how to be a good leader..

Cooking various dishes involves more number of Activities & Skills than any other Skill Performance in the world i.e. Fry, Steam, Zest, Fold, Infuse, Mince, Mash, Grind, Drain, Deglaze, Deep-Fry, Chop, Boil, Blend, Roast, & many more active verbs are used in cooking. Considering these inherent abilities & skills of girls we need to design knowledge & skill oriented school curriculum helpful for developing rural part of India. This will create interest in the minds of girls towards education.

This needs broad survey at village Panchayat level and urban blocks level. >Collect the educational qualifications provide suitable job/trg >Ask Girls to look for secured jobs like Govt. teacher or assistant job, instead qualified girls end up in taking unsecured super-market jobs. >Print the skill dev. centers and distribute and help. >Design the training based curriculum from 10th to BA to Btech. >Educate the Girls on different profile jobs, so that they can select their interests

Usually in schools girls get option of selecting course between Computer and Fine Arts. I think this option should be removed. Fine Arts and Computers both should be compulsory in primary schools so that girls develop respect for both subjects and who are interested in Fine Arts do not feel shy in opting for it as sometimes students have mentality that selecting computer course is more dignified. By making these two courses compulsory they can be more versatile and equipped in future

inclusion of IT/COMPUTER related course from primary &Secondary level will definitely help to create more employment to girl childs..at least 30% reservation for girls in all technical colleges in Govt./Pvt. colleges.it is already existing in some Engg./Business schools.once the education is related to direct employment parents will definitely send their girl child education to schools/colleges.
