Every child have a talent. Identifying it is always a big task. Personal counselling or interacting with the girl students divided as a small groups will help to know what they are interested. Providing support to develop their talent in what they are interested will definitely help them to get specialized in what they are interested apart from the regular education. When they learn something in what they are interested will give them more encouragement and enthusiasm to participate.

I went to an all girls school. Girl specific things i learnt were cookery, knitting, embroidery, stitching and laundry. Then I moved to college, lived by myself and these skills helped me. Other than these the regular syllabus is good enough. Girls can part time do embroidery, knitting, stitching, cross stitch, cookery and bakery and sell their work to make some pocket money.
