ASEAN and India are celebrating the year 2022 as ASEAN-India Friendship Year to commemorate 30 years of the ASEAN-India dialogue partnership. A list of activities has been agreed between ASEAN and India to commemorate the occasion.

On the occasion of commemorating the 75th year of India’s Independence celebrating it as “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” an “Online Creative Writing Activity” was organized by NCERT, in collaboration with Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and MyGov team in the month of March 2021.

To celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav a “Story Writing Competition on the occasion of National Unity Day” was organized by NCERT, in collaboration with Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and MyGov team in the month of September 2021

In its perseverance to become AatmaNirbar (Self-sufficient), India has commenced its journey towards being a hub for Electronic System Design Manufacturing particularly in the semiconductor and display domain. The Government of India launched a comprehensive Semicon India Program with an outlay of Rs.76,000 crore (> USD 10 billion) whereby various schemes have been introduced for strengthening the semiconductor and display ecosystem in India

A Logo Design Contest for the CGWB was hosted on MyGov Platform from 2nd Sep 2020 to 1st October 2020. The valid entries received were evaluated by a duly constituted Jury and after much deliberation.

The Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India hosted a quiz titled, ‘The Ocean Scenario Quiz’ on MyGov as part of the Namami Tate campaign.

Taking into account the celebration of fourth Rashtriya Poshan Maah (September 2021) under ‘Poshan Abhiyan, the Commission launched an Open ‘Essay Writing Competition’ with an aim to generate awareness.
