नमस्ते भारत।भारत की आज़ादी की कहानी केवल संघर्ष की कहानी नहीं है। यह उन सपनों की कहानी है, जिन्हें हमारे स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों ने देखा था। यह उन युवाओं की कहानी है जिन्होंने अपने वर्तमान को भारत के भविष्य के लिए समर्पित कर दिया। इन महान क्रांतिकारियों में एक ऐसा नाम है, जो आज भी भारत के हर युवा को प्रेरित करता है—शहीद भगत सिंह। भगत सिंह ने जिस समय देश के लिए संघर्ष किया, उस समय भारत गुलामी की बेड़ियों में जकड़ा हुआ था। आज भारत स्वतंत्र है। लेकिन स्वतंत्र भारत को विकसित, आत्मनिर्भर, मजबूत और न्यायपूर्ण बनाना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। आज सवाल यह है—भगत सिंह के विचार आज के युवाओं को भारत के भविष्य के निर्माण के लिए क्या सिखाते हैं?”“भगत सिंह को अक्सर केवल एक महान क्रांतिकारी के रूप में याद किया जाता है। लेकिन उनका व्यक्तित्व इससे कहीं अधिक व्यापक था। वे एक गंभीर पाठक, लेखक और विचारक भी थे। वे समाज, राजनीति, इतिहास और मानव जीवन से जुड़े विषयों पर सोचते और अध्ययन करते थे।उनका जीवन हमें एक महत्वपूर्ण संदेश देता है

Respected Sir,Pranam.one in five will suffer from cancer in lifetime.About 20 lacs new cases each year.Sufferings of families beyond imagination.Fivty percent may be avoided, by,No to Tobacco,liquor,& war on drug menace,food adulterations etc.it will be achieved by ethical governance & spiritual living.Taxes collection will increase & leakages in expenditure also.For vikisit Bharat Ethical governance & spiritual living top most agenda.Kindly forward suggestions to concerned ministries.Regards

Respected Sir,Pranam.As per Honble Supreme Committee directions,A monthly meetings for road safety in each Distt. Is held under chairmanship of Distt.Collector.Ethical governance and road safety be also a agenda of this meeting.By ethical governance,there will be proper O& M of roads as per provisions of concession & contract agreement.lesser no of cases of traffic violations ( drunken,rash driving etc),lesser overloading,lesser unfit vehicles on roads.Ethical governance,means lesser accidents.

Respected Sir,Pranam.We have Satvik pride for progress in road infrastructure.When we travel on Expressways & NH.Morth,NHAI,IRC,NHAI are premier institutions of Country.Ethical governance & road safety be included as a permanent agenda/ part of their foundation courses,Training’s,workshops,Seminars,capacity building sessions,IRC annual sessions etc.to awaken inner consciousness of Engineers,IE/AE,Concessionaire/ Contractors .Similarly for police & Transport deptt.Thousands lives will be saved.

Respected Sir,Pranam.About 1.80 lacs die and three times critically injured in road accidents each year.Sufferings of families affected are beyond imagination.All stakeholders are working for reduction of accidents but results are not satisfactory,A on most important reason is poor ethical index or poor ethical governance,If all stakeholders roads owning agencies,police,transport.road users fullfill their obligations,results will be better.Ethical governance & road safety be a Agenda of MORTH.

Respected Sir,Pranam.Spiritual organisations,NGOs,Employees unions,political parties,Election commission,Social organisations shall be requested to work on ethical governance and spiritual living for vikisit Bharat and sustainable living.Teachings of Jain saints have immense power to change mindset for ethical & spiritual living.Teachings reminds us about next birth and true happiness in present living as per a tons presently.By ethical governance,there will be lesser crimes,inequality,distress.

Respected Sir,Pranam,2:Signed integrity pledge along with annual IPR be taken from each employee and be uploaded on portal.IPR from class one officers be taken up to 70 years.During vigilance week very few nos employees take integrity oath.it shall be made mandatory.Repeat,Repeat….practice,practice……have psychological impact and change of mindset.there are studies for this.3: Spiritual teachings on ethical and spiritual living ( Audio’s & Videos) be uploaded on mission Karmyogi &Deptt. portal.

Respected Sir,Pranam,There are adulterations in govt. Construction works,foods,medicines etc due to poor ethical index or poor ethical governance.Three most humble suggestions,may be considered for implementation by central & state government.1: Display of ACB/ CBI Toll free nos & WhatsApp nos in all central & state ministry & govt offices up to DDO,with message if someone asks for bribe than call.Nos be displayed at entrance,near lifts,easily visible to all.Repeated reading,seeing will impact.
