Yes NSDA needs to launch schemes in rural areas to create skills in rising unskilled unemployed youth of rural areas.
National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) need to think very very broadly and take some capital measure to generate skill in both whether men or women. https://frenzyfocus.com/priyanka-chopra-work-with-modi/

I live in UK and me and my wife teach Hindi free to children and adults along with many other voluntary teachers. We spend our own money in travelling and take out time from our busy schedules. How long? New generations from India will come here and will decimate Hindi here as well.
Indian grow up. Feel proud of Hindi.
Modi ji, I would like to see Hindi at the TOP. We are 1.4 billions. Let’s make Hindi breath again and not let it die. Please!!!

Poor people do not have means to go to English schools that charge high fees these days. Even the middle class struggle for that. So if all subjects are in Hindi, the understanding of these subjects will be better to all as Hindi is our natural language. You listen to program in Hindi and you can make out everything without even concentrating on it but you cannot do that with a second language even if you are proficient in it. So promote Hindi. Bring back maths snd science in Hindi.

I am appalled to know the state on Hindi in India. No one seems interested to learn Hindi. Hindi should be made compulsory to pass in each and every class. Only then it will survive otherwise it will be lost in a generation or two. Will we be proud when we will all be speaking English in India. Shame on us.
Think about all European nations and our neighbour China. All of them use their native language. No one feels proud by speaking in English. They feel proud in their own native language.

It is not the English that helps but it is the hard work they put in.Start education with क ख ग instead of ABC. Start with ek-do-teen instead of one-two three and see how fast the child learns. They do not have to figure out what a sentence means. They will learn naturally. Poor people generally lack English so cannot go to higher education. Hindi will help the poor and middle class and we will not need any reservations.

The main issue is that everything is in English these days. English is a language that was forced upon as by British and everyone speaking/writing Hindi would get better jobs at that time and will be closer to British so they were proud of that.Since last about 25 years English is being forced upon us by these money-hungry schools. It has gained momentum because all parents want their children to learn English and go into better jobs. How many of them are successful?

In companies today they are not allowing there employees to go out & do course to update their resume as they want employees to concentrate in the company work rather than any courses and they train employees inside company and not tolerate studies other than training while job hours. As a part of educating aged employees, part time night classes for diploma 3 year, ITI 3 year and post graduate MBA & MCA engineering part time night valid courses in colleges like regular courses to be start

A employees person cannot join a long term diploma course, Engineering course, post graduate MBA or MCA course today due to no part time courses in night after there job and not able to update the resume as they cannot join a course in day time due to going for jobs. This policy for employees people can change if there is part time course in colleges at night that benefit them to update resume. now as a daily bread earner of family they cannot go to colleges due to jobs.

The training program should be made available in their regional language rather than with high level languages that they cannot understand..

The modules should be simple so that they can easily pass for a job

Night classes for employees working class people in regular colleges may also start so that the age can update the education with part timer regular courses & night classes for diploma, ITI, engineering, graduate and undergraduate course and there by reduce fake certificate
