hi, we can find many talented young people in the Rural Areas, but there will be a language barrier in the Rural areas, for improving this language barriers in them need to provide training for the communication......

I think there is a huge Gap between the student/person who requires skill and the industry which required the specific skilled employees. My suggestion is that the industry people who are working /experienced should impart training according to their expectations or industry specific and hire the best from them. Thanks shyam.

No minimum qualification the reason behind is that many skill are pass from generation to generation. in villages many unique skills are still present which are the verge of vanishing. the products p

We have a very large cadre of Retired officers in every city. If they start teaching to poor children in the community, it will make a drastic change. Government can motivate them to do so
