In this era of mobile technology, most of the people are capable of wasting so much time on whatsapp & doing so much e-shopping but mostly on COD. COD should be banned as people are utilizing their black money for that. They can very well use net banking for any sort of payments. So electronic transactions must be made mandatory.

Electronic transactions must be made mandatory for all expenses for all govt & private employees and all businessmen. this is to curb corruption & black money. The best way to minimize is to abolish higher denomination notes like 1000 & 500.

The use of credit/debit cards maximum issued by financial institutions can reduce the cash transactions to a great extent. further for money transfers various on line systems are in force. But still in certain service sectors/departments, a percentage of fee is charged for usage of cards for effecting payments. This is apparent in many states. This is to be removed.
