It is highly suggested to restrict cash flow of transactions to Rs.5000/- per person. Let every payment be routed through swipes or cheque methods.
Invite black money in the form of saperate deposits attracting lower interest rates and high penality. Let our money be within our country and 50% of such deposits shall be utilised for government development programmes, balance 50% shall attract 75% tax. The depositor shall be investigated proper legal action will be there.

1)Instead of currency notes mobile payments should be made
compulsory in phased manner together with banning Rs 1000 & 500
notes.
2)instead of granting lisence to third parties such as PayTm for
closed ended wellet, government should start this service through
a division in Finance Ministry.
3)All payments will be made by USSD from mobile such as
*bank code*mobile no of reciever*amount*password*any other
information#.Payers mobile no will be added to this automatically.
