This is a very complicated problem, and there are obviously a number of steps which would need to be taken to promote usage of electronic payments and persuade people to stop or reduce the usage of cash. Among the fundamental reasons for continued high usage of cash are: 1. High taxation in the economy - both direct and indirect taxes. 2. No visible/tangible benefits for the taxes paid to various governments - central or state or municipalities. 3. Education level of masses.

As online and card payment is increasing becoming popular , I have recommendation regarding card payment system in India especially Rupay card.Apart from traditional password authentication, card should have inbuilt fingerprint data of customer. Card should have mandatory this data Fingerprint data apart from traditional password authentication can be used for payment authentication at shops, railway ticket counter etc which is both safe and fast. It will greatly expedite long line of customer

Dear sir, To increase cash less transaction you must give direction to banks to keep there charges low on edc or swipe machine.because in most of the cases merchant ask there customer to pay surcharge for card purchases and to avoid any extra payment consumer pay cash

Salaries or any remuneration should be paid directly to the beneficiaries account and availability of atms across the city should be reduced with increase in cash deposit machines.

On plastic cards transaction below 1000 or 2000, no commission should be charged by banks for small businesses. This will be helpful for local vendors or store owners to set up pos terminals as it won't be a burden for them.

Forecast -- BJP will lose bihar elections due to this episode of lalit modi in which sushma swaraj and vasundhara raje are involved in a quid pro quo relations. Modiji, dont delay sacking of these two ladies. Suggestions for cashless systems--(a) withdraw all 1000 rupee note to force big transactions to come to cashless mode(b) mass education and training for all poor people in urban, rural areas to adopt and use these methods (c) end all user charges for methods like debit, credit, prepaid, etc
