The Finance Minister in his budget speech for the Union Budget 2015-16 made the following announcement:
“One way to curb the flow of black money is to discourage transactions in cash. Now that a majority of Indians has or can have, a RUPAY debit card. I therefore, proposes to introduce soon several measure that will incentivize credit or debit card transactions and disincentivize cash transaction”.
Accordingly, draft proposals for facilitating electronic transactions (E-transactions) have been prepared. Comments and views are invited on the Draft Proposals.

Sir if you really give this idea to your expert team they will work out much better way but take my word you will make india a Sone ki chidiya in span of 2 years and we will stand first then Denmark

Sir once you complete task of UID of each indian, make compulsory of bank account, issue plastic currency cards, remove all currencies above Rs.50/- for a say year then after remove all currencies and let all transaction take place by NEFT RTGS CHEQUE debit credit cards and rest all transactions by plastic currency card by help of Swipe Machines, all hackers, texi drivers, pan shop etc shall equipped with the same

Sir it is important to have centralised financial data of a individual and to eliminate registeation of multiple identity by a individual you should add on additional features of Eye Profile and DNA samples to the Aadhar card and then this UID no shall be registeted by all revenue and civic department to each individual registration i.e. VAT NO, EXCISE NO, Driving license

Sir make a death punishment for the hackers of debit and credit cards and on line bank account will encourage confidence in electronic transactions

Govt should stop 1000& 500 currency notes. This would bring lot of black money back in economy. This reduce curroption as well. Secondly govt should make swiping machines mandatory for all business units no matter how small they are. All public transport should also be included.this can be challange for whole country but can be made mandatory for metros,big cities gradually enforced to rest of india.

Respected Sir I thik the thumb impration facilities should be in ATM machine in case of forget the password and illiterate coustmers.

Along with cards people should be encouraged to use money apps like paytm and the best way to provide incentives in this case is that there should be a feature wherein money can be transfered from the app to the registered bank without any extra cost or charges this would definately reduce the use of paper money
