The Finance Minister in his budget speech for the Union Budget 2015-16 made the following announcement: ...
This is a great idea and it has to be implemented as soon as possible....
No service charges for any online bill payment, like we have to pay now for electric Bill on West Bengal State Electricity Board.
No extra charges for online payment on booking ticket online via IRCTC.
Reduction of service tax, VAT, surcharge & luxury tax on non-cash transactions
No charges on IMPF & other bank transfers
User controlled dynamic spend limits on Debit cards
Alternative methods for 2 factor authentication
Install NFC supported machines at POS
Easy money transfer
This is a great idea which has been thought by our great finance minister it should be implemented asap. Every single paisa should be by card so that there is high possibility of eradicating corruption through out the country. Jai Hind !!! All the best

#Economy....The PAN number should be made mandatory for any monetary transaction above RUPEES 5000 /-
Wonderful Proposal Sir. Now we understood the power and value of Jandhan Yojana. Would like to see this initiative driving india towards complete electronic transactions curbing out corruption. We are with you Sir. Looking forward to see this come true..
At most of the places I prefer cash to card because of the extra charges levied on card transactions... If these extra charges were not there then I would have definitely done all transactions using card . Therefore, I vote in support of card payment with subsidy implementation.
Excellent idea...
#ElectronicTransactions....The electronic transaction channel should be a special portal independent of internet, comprising a different network connecting banks, enrolled business organisation, department of income tax and a multilateral vigilance body. I hope this will make transactions neat, safer and fruitful.
