No extra charges for online payment on booking ticket online via IRCTC.
Reduction of service tax, VAT, surcharge & luxury tax on non-cash transactions

At most of the places I prefer cash to card because of the extra charges levied on card transactions... If these extra charges were not there then I would have definitely done all transactions using card . Therefore, I vote in support of card payment with subsidy implementation.

#ElectronicTransactions....The electronic transaction channel should be a special portal independent of internet, comprising a different network connecting banks, enrolled business organisation, department of income tax and a multilateral vigilance body. I hope this will make transactions neat, safer and fruitful.
