Good initiative. would be good, if rebate proportion is also released as part of draft.. Particularly for IRCTC, the service charge has to be waived. Hope all online transactions would get rebate privilege

Good initiative is taken and it will help to curb the black money and tax evasion. At present people paying by the electronic mode are being levied by transaction charge, service tax, convenience fee etc.. Even some merchants try to pull out 2% additional charge for paying by Debit/Credit card. Though I am using the same wherever it is possible.

Good initiative by Government. Government must follow “Carrot and stick policy” for honest and dishonest people. Proposals can be found in the attached image file.

Dear government This very good initiative to curb unauthorised transaction(black money) Suggestions, 1) Provide low cost internet access in rural area to get e commerce transaction 2) Educate about how safely e commerce transaction to done( i seen so many incident in which debit card holder was in loss due to cyber crime attack) 3) Curb unauthorised call about demanding debit/credit card no.,account no. etc. to get fraudulent transaction from illiterate Indian peoples.

Good Initiative by Modi Government. Most of the merchants and service providers like LIC of India, Jewelleries, IRCTC and so many are charging extra charges for credit/debit card usage. Kindly stop this practice and has to give strict instructions by government to service providers to stop such practice then only people can happily use their electronic cards.

Nice one. All transactions should be made cashless. Transactions with amount more than 1 lakh must be through Bank / Credit /Debit Cards. This should be common for all people

In reality, many shops especially smaller ones are hesitant to accept card transactions, citing delay in settlement from banks and charging of 1-2% by Banks. Such drawbacks have to be addressed. PAN no: can be linked to all credit cards and then reporting of AIR for high value credit card transactiions can be totally avoided. In due course, cash transactions should be disincentivised by say withdrawing Rs.1000/- wholly, and by withdrawing currencies annually, those printed upto a particular year
