The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was ...
a law that allows people to change over there wallets like mobile potability will actually allow people to use mobile wallets like real money!!! & yeah wallets should not use internet data packs!!
Respected PM,
The Govt of India Concentrate only on digital payments. Why con't think about issuing of digital Receipts in all trades for the payment made through digitally. I came to your kind attention both receipts and payments are important for controlling corruption.
Modi Sir,
In our country internet speed is very bad and in world raking no is 117 (3.0 MBPS).
this is very bad because other country like japan they are testing 7G in there country but we are working on only 4G and it has package very costly it is not suitable for middle class family, this situation is very bad when we go to digital India.
So please do something in this issue.
Thanks.

Dear PM Sir,
Thank you for taking such a good steps towards digital India / Cashless transactions. I have one suggestion regarding fine collected by RTO officers. Government should collect fine through debit / credit card / Net banking / cheque or any other e-Wallet only. This will help to achieve cashless India & Corruption free India too.
Mr. Prime Minister, For Going Toward Cash Less Society, I Suggest to Start CASH CARD Facilities in this Facilities in every person getting a one CARD with limit of Rs. 10,000 and it is swap in any Place in India. in This Facilities not Required Smart Phone, Internet, Wi-fi, and Bank Account, it is more suitable in Rural and Urban Area. I also Suggest if you want to know about this project please contact my email : - mayankshah09@gmail.com
Thanks
Charity begins at home....
All political parties should only accept donations through digital means only.
Ban all parties from accepting cash funding & donations...Rest will follow...
If cashless transaction to be implemented effectively first thing to done is remove all type of charges that is cut when we make any online transaction,eg if I pay through card at petrol pumps minimum of 15 rupees get detected as charges I can't afford to lose just by paying through card
Dear Sir, For going towards cashless society. I hereby request you to kindly waive off all the transaction charges for all cards whether it,s rupay, visa, mastro. Last month Had done around 95% transaction online like payment to school ricshaw, tution teacher, energy bill, gas payments, Milk vendor payments, but every time had found bank charged me NEFT transaction charges. so I hereby request you pls look into it & scrap all the charges for success of cashless society & online transactiion
Few steps can help to make budget more batter. My humble request, pl see attachment.
