Mr Prime minister, I suggested the canteen owner in my institute to use and provide the cashless transaction facility for customers. But he denies that saying, "the banks charge some tax on a transaction. Even, app like paytm etc charges tax on transactions. So we can't afford to be taxed." Now, what can be done in such cases? Either you should relax in tax on cashless transactions or limit some transactions to be cashless necessarily. Thanks...

Mr Prime Minister, The time has come for you to democratize government services. Why should government employees be the only one providing government services? Why can't Indian IT companies provide government services? All basic services which are evidence based and which has sequential procedure just like issuing a passport can be very well be done by IT companies far better than government. There will be zero competition as there will be competition in providing those services .

Mr. Prime Minister thumbs up to ur bravery. really appreciable. I think for creating digital environment in country encouragement of participants is key to success. For this we need to adopt measures like giving discounts while buying thru e-payment. There should be Zero cess or surcharge on e-payments. Whether someone is using any bank credit cards

Problem:-
A set of programming guidelines from the user and checks if the given program follows the given set of programming
guidelines. Any fragment of the program that do not satisfy these guidelines should be identified and flagged.

SOLUTION:
this problem can be solved using c program. it can be done using file handling and program code. Not only for C programs we

can check any file whether it is according to guide lines or not. We can use any Remaining in the image..

Mr Prime Minister , You should give out an action plan to create cash free zones . You may start with major cities . You should anounce a date after which all ATM's will be closed down . Gradually the same plan should be rolled out to the entire country. After testing out the network capabilities.

Mr Prime Minister , You should also colloborate with banks/Mobile manufacturers and telephone companies and create the BHIM device which has just the BHIM app and finger print scanner integrated into smart phone like device . That would be very robust .
