India holds a very large stock of privately owned gold, much of which remains economically idle. This proposal suggests that the Government and RBI examine a regulated framework where individuals/institutions deposit physical gold with approved banks/vaults without selling it. The gold remains securely held, assayed, insured and linked to a Gold Liquidity Certificate. Against this certified gold, subject to prudent haircuts/LTV limits, regulated liquidity could support productive lending to MSMEs, manufacturing, exports and infrastructure. The depositor receives rupee interest for making the economic value of the gold available as liquidity and, at maturity, receives back same gold. The concept could convert dormant wealth into productive domestic credit, supporting investment, employment and GDP. It also offers a way to make imported gold more economically productive by using its financial value to support domestic credit and investment. Concept by Pawan Madhav Shetty- AI assistance.

We can achieve sustainable development in India by providing assured social security to all the poor and middle class of India. By "National Social Assistance Scheme" Indian Government provides many benefits like old age pension and widow pension and ration cards for food to the poor, and also provides financial assistance to build houses for them. But due to many reasons, people not get the benefits properly. For improvement, government should build big "Asharams" every 5 km all over India where 1000 people can live safely in each ashram, and where they can get free shelter, food, clothing and medicine. This should be for all the poor and middle class helpless old people, women and children of India. The government can utilize this huge human resource for many developmental works like improving the education sector, land survey, population survey, maintaining law and order etc. Through this, we can achieve sustainable development.

Build a better India by improving the agricultural sector and creating more employment. A major problem in Indian agriculture is that many people are afraid to become farmers for various reasons. To solve this, we need to create a support system like welfare societies and trusts for farmers, in which the government will enter into an agreement with the landlord and the farmer where the government will act as a contractual farmer and all the farmers will work as a farmer under the government and will get regular wages, job security from the government and the government will get all the production benefits from the land. This will create more employment.

ICAI does not give any exemption to ICSI and ICMAI passed out students in subjects and exemption in training if the student have work experience. ICAI can think of providing exemptions in subjects and training.
