The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to share their constructive suggestions and innovative ideas through the initiative "Have an Idea? Share it with ICAI".
This initiative provides a platform for citizens, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to contribute their valuable ideas for strengthening the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Chartered Accountancy profession, and India's financial and economic ecosystem.
Participants are encouraged to submit their suggestions on areas such as strengthening the Chartered Accountancy profession, promoting economic development, enhancing transparency and good governance, leveraging technology and innovation, improving financial literacy, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
The objective of this initiative is to encourage meaningful public participation and harness diverse perspectives to help build a stronger, more transparent, innovative, and future-ready Chartered Accountancy profession while contributing to an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable financial ecosystem for the nation.

संस्थागत ऑडिट: नीति-निर्माण से जुड़े थिंक-टैंक, सलाहकारों व उच्च पदों का सिक्योरिटी क्लीयरेंस अनिवार्य हो। देश विरोधी गतिविधियों पर त्वरित सुनवाई हेतु फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट्स बनें।राजनीतिक फंडिंग: सभी राजनीतिक संगठनों के फंडिंग स्रोतों का पूर्ण प्रकटीकरण अनिवार्य हो ताकि कोई विदेशी शक्ति भारतीय राजनीति को प्रभावित न कर सके।

To make ICAI more future-ready, I suggest developing an AI-enabled digital platform that provides instant guidance on taxation, accounting standards, auditing, ethics, and compliance. The platform should include multilingual learning resources, virtual practice sessions, career counselling, and skill assessments for students and members. ICAI can also organize innovation challenges to encourage ideas in digital accounting, sustainable finance, and financial inclusion. A transparent online grievance redressal system and continuous feedback mechanism will improve efficiency and trust. Financial literacy programmes in schools, colleges, and rural areas should be expanded through ICAI volunteers. By embracing technology, innovation, transparency, and lifelong learning, ICAI can empower professionals, strengthen public confidence.
