Respected Sir/Madam, I suggest that ICAI launch a nationwide "Financial Literacy & Startup Mentorship Mission" for schools, colleges, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Chartered Accountants should conduct regular workshops on budgeting, taxation, digital payments, investment awareness, fraud prevention, and responsible financial planning. Along with this, ICAI can create an AI-powered platform where students and small business owners receive simple guidance on GST, taxation, bookkeeping, compliance, and business registration in multiple Indian languages. To encourage innovation, ICAI should also organize annual innovation challenges where students and young entrepreneurs present technology-driven solutions for improving financial transparency and governance. These initiatives will strengthen financial literacy, support entrepreneurship, promote ethical practices, and contribute significantly towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Thank you.

Vande Mataram 🇮🇳🫡🇮🇳 As a member/professional connected to ICAI, I commit to support the government in building a stronger tax and financial compliance ecosystem by promoting voluntary tax compliance, financial literacy, and transparency. ICAI can partner with the Ministry of Finance to run nationwide taxpayer awareness drives, free workshops for MSMEs and startups on GST, ITR filing, and audit compliance, and set up district-level helpdesks in collaboration with tax offices. We can also contribute certified volunteers to assist first-time filers and senior citizens during tax season, develop simplified guidance material in regional languages, and provide policy feedback based on ground-level practice to help reduce litigation and improve ease of doing business. This will strengthen public trust in both the government and ICAI while boosting professional standards.

ICAI should develop the Financial Trust Stack, a Digital Public Infrastructure integrating AI, blockchain, and secure digital identity to transform financial governance. AI would provide real-time compliance assistance, detect fraud, and generate multilingual financial insights, while blockchain would create tamper-proof audit trails, ESG disclosures, and compliance records. Chartered Accountants would issue digitally verifiable financial certificates linked to secure credentials, enabling banks, investors, regulators, and MSMEs to verify documents instantly. Integrated with India's Digital Public Infrastructure ecosystem, the platform would reduce compliance costs, improve trust, accelerate credit access for MSMEs and startups, strengthen transparency, and position India as a global leader in trusted digital financial governance, supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

I think ICAI could start a simple, home-based 'Digital Financial Mentor' program for educated girls who cannot step out for regular jobs due to family or mobility constraints. Through brief online modules, ICAI can train these girls to guide other homemakers and rural women over phone calls or WhatsApp groups about safe digital payments, avoiding UPI frauds, smart budgeting, and basic banking. This creates a meaningful remote opportunity for thousands of capable stay-at-home women while building a digitally aware and fraud-safe society at the grassroots level.

Proposal: AI-Powered Smart Audit Support and Grassroots Financial LiteracyTo drive India towards Viksit Bharat @2047, ICAI should champion two tech-driven initiatives:AI Pre-Screening Tool: Launch a low-cost, secure AI compliance assistant for MSMEs and young professionals. This tool will scan GST and Income Tax filings for errors before final submission, reducing legal notices.Multilingual Literacy App: Build an interactive mobile platform offering gamified micro-lessons on budgeting, taxation, and business compliance in local Indian languages to support rural entrepreneurs.Curriculum Modernization: Pivot the CA training from memorization-heavy compliance toward advanced data analytics, forensic engineering, and AI prompt architecture.By combining foundational financial literacy with modern AI workflows, ICAI can reduce compliance burdens, minimize corporate fraud, and empower the next generation of financial leaders.
