The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to share their constructive suggestions and innovative ideas through the initiative "Have an Idea? Share it with ICAI".
This initiative provides a platform for citizens, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to contribute their valuable ideas for strengthening the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Chartered Accountancy profession, and India's financial and economic ecosystem.
Participants are encouraged to submit their suggestions on areas such as strengthening the Chartered Accountancy profession, promoting economic development, enhancing transparency and good governance, leveraging technology and innovation, improving financial literacy, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

Idea:
In today’s rapidly digitalising world, financial fraud, misinformation cyber scams and poor financial awareness affect people across countries and income groups. I propose that ICAI take the lead in developing a Global Financial Safety Network a technology-enabled initiative that combines the expertise of accounting professionals with artificial intelligence and financial education.

By educating rural youth and small business owners (MSMEs) about digital payments, budgeting, and tax compliance, we can build a financially secure and fully digital 'Viksit Bharat' at the grassroots level.

I suggest ICAI strengthen public trust through four steps.
1. Transparency: Make every UDIN verifiable by QR code and publish yearly data on audit-quality reviews and disciplinary outcomes.
2. Technology: Develop shared digital tools for small businesses, such as GST reconciliation and fraud alerts, and train members in AI audit and forensic analytics.
3. Financial literacy: Let members and students contribute 20 hours a year, counted toward CPE or training credit, to teach savings, tax basics and UPI fraud awareness in schools and villages, in regional languages.
4. Entrepreneurship: Provide mentoring for first-time founders on compliance and cash flow.
Goals by 2030: one lakh literacy sessions, ten lakh small businesses supported, full UDIN traceability.

PROBLEM: BRINGING CREATIVITY IN STARTUPS
due to social media the youth is influenced very easily, a lot of time and youthful energy and creativity is being wasted. The youth have become very casual and carless, and many misguided media content are killikng their initiative. And also copy pasting startuo cultures is increasing rapidly, because most of the startup enterpreneurs are money focused and not patriotism and nationalism in them absolute zero. And the most creative youth in india are either in content creation or they lack tools. even though government have some schemes to help with scarce sources but the procedures are enthusias killing.
SOLUTION: solution is simple to bring these money focused and creative people together and by providing them resouces and peoples and teams of people they can really to work with without getting cheated on their idea or idea being stole midway. there are many startegies to do so which i think are best ones. i wont shareMyIdeasForBeingCopied

Here are 3 actionable suggestions for ICAI:
ICAI MSME Digital Helpdesks: Establish regional student-led guidance cells under the supervision of practicing CAs. This will give CA articles practical exposure to real-world tax and accounting queries while providing low-cost guidance to Tier-2 and Tier-3 MSMEs.
AI & Data Analytics in Articleship: Introduce short, mandatory modules on practical AI auditing tools, Python for financial analysis, and forensic data analytics during the ITT/articleship phase. This ensures future CAs stay ahead of automated accounting systems.
