Suggestion: AI-Based Smart Compliance Assistant for Chartered Accountants
ICAI should develop an AI-powered Smart Compliance Assistant integrated with the ICAI and MCA ecosystem. The assistant can help Chartered Accountants by providing real-time updates on amendments in the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other laws. It can generate compliance checklists, send reminders for due dates, identify filing errors before submission, and suggest applicable forms based on the nature of the transaction. Such a platform would reduce compliance errors, save valuable time, improve productivity, and enhance the quality of professional services. It would also support young CAs and students by making complex legal provisions easier to understand, thereby contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047 through technology-driven governance and professional excellence.
