Help us make Digital Locker better by providing your valuable feedback, comments and suggestions.

Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India program. It is an online application that aims at eliminating the use of physical documents and enables sharing of verified electronic documents across various agencies. Digital Locker provides a dedicated personal storage space in the cloud to citizens, linked to citizen’s Aadhaar number. It will enable various organizations registered on Digital Locker to push certificates of citizens directly in their Digital Locker in electronic format. Citizens can also upload and securely store the scanned copies of legacy documents in Digital Locker. These legacy documents can be electronically signed using eSign facility. A citizen can share these electronic certificates online with various departments and agencies registered on Digital Locker while applying for the services provided by them. Thus, Digital Locker brings the citizens, issuers and requestors on one platform and reduces administrative overhead of agencies by eliminating paperwork. It will also make it easy for the residents to receive services by saving time and effort.

This Digital locker project is really futuristic. We have such lockers or drive in cloud, like Dropbox, Google drive, etc. For opening a Digital locker account, presently the email ID and the mobile number linked to the Aadhaar number is required. In many cases the Aadhaar number does not have any email ID or mobile number linked. Please modify the registration process to enable such cases.

separate lockers for individual persons, and they can able to store their personal data securely in digital locker. while submitting documents online these individual lockers will useful.only links will provide for document submission through digital locker.

बहुत बढीयां पेज काे डवलप िकया गया है युजर फेण्डली है अाध्ाार के साथ्ा माेबाइल नम्बर का िवकल्प अाैर भ्ाी अगर जाेड िदया जाये ताे यह बेहतर हाे सकता है

हमारा यहाँ विचार है की डिजिटल इंडिया प्रोजेक्ट में प्रत्येक जिला एवं ब्लाक मुख्यालय में एक अलग से जानकार स्वयंसेवक व्यक्ति को नियुक्त किया जाये जो जनता और सरकार अधिकारी कर्मचारी के मध्य समन्वयक का कार्य जो इस प्रोजेक्ट की सफलता के लिय जरुरी कदम हो सकता है । इससे हम युवाओ को रोजगार भी प्रदान कर सकते है ।

People privacy must be ensured. Because illiterate villagers may be cheated. All post offices must be re-designate as Govt-People channel & ensure more safety & responsibility. Pvt parties may misuse -like PAN CARD & voters card etc for selfish use & anti national activities with poor illiterate villagers documents.

And the digital locker completely relies on Aadhaar and mobile number OTP. Mobile numbers are changed very often, therefore please make changing mobile numbers and email ids in the Aadhar portal easier using a password or something
