how about giving certificate of participation on Independence day that is 15th August, 2015 both in digital locker and hard copy through out all state by Beuracrats and Chief Minister so that citizen can feel the change in govt approach, as well as Buearacrats and Govt employeee gets hands on experience on using Digital Locker application

Digital Locker is a useful online initiative. Today in India only below 15% people have email id and around 85% have mobile number. Along with Digital locker if you able to convert Mobile number as email id , it will benefit 70% of Indians. Eg mail.gov.in will be login using Mobile number and OTP. Receiver should get a SMS alert when ever some one sends email to his mobile number

Digital locker mobile version should be available. All the state level institutions document should be supported in terms of validating & sharing. like birth certificate, resident certificate, income tax return file proof, state level school, college, university certificate, sports certificate, driving licence, Voter ID etc.

Citizen should be provide digital signature free of cost or very minimal cost. Because as per current cost, people can't afford 10K+ amount to buy. People like me have concern about sharing the digital document without digital sign. I would be happy if I get digital sign at affordable price.

Sir,this is a very good idea but the signing up process itself is so complex. I couldn't sign up because it needs aadhar linked to mobile number and I don't have it, perhaps many don't and linking aadhar with current mobile number can't be done online either. It is very tiresome please remove the aadhar linked to mobile for singing up.

KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) registered with SEBI have a lot of experience in dealing and storing of KYC documents. Citizens may make several errors while uploading the documents in the Ditigal locker which would lead to the documents getting rejected later. Certain safeguards may be put in for this so that errors may be minimised as much as possible and comments from such KYCs may help in this given their expertise in the arena.

sir the aadhar linked login should be simplified as my mobile no is not registered with Aadhar and adding it is also very difficult process. either make linking of mobile no to Aadhar a simple yet safe method or login of digital locker with one time registration also so that people like me not having Aadhar and mobile no linked also join the initiative.
another suggestion, kindly make folders available in digital lockers.

Sir teachers, lecturers, professors, librarians, govt staffs of many non-hindi speaking states do not know national language. They do not even know meaning of I, we in Hindi. If teachers, lecturers do not know Hindi then how common people of those states will learn Hindi ?
