A digital Locker must have passcode for each document which we want to share with others and if we give such passcode to whom we want to share document with can access if they have passcode

Great initiative by Govt. of India. Bravo....
However, size of a single document should be increased from 1 MB to at least 3 MB, as normal scan of some large documents falls into this category. Low size of large documents will also decrease the clarity of the document and photograph into it if any. Thanks.
Right from the birth up to death all the documents / full bio-data should be stored in one place like a resume for Job, such as
Birth/Community/Mark Sheets/Degree/Bank Passbook/Sports/Medical/Death Certificates,
GAS/EB/Pan/Ration Card/Passport/VISA/VoterId/Driving Licence/Insurance/
Land/Asset Documents/DEMAT A/C/
This definitely save time; improve e-gov efficiency; serve better to nationals;
It should like app market place or verification platform - An One Stop Solution;
Sir, before talking about the digital locker and digital India we have to understand one thing that the 70% of India residies in the rural belt. Where they don't know the digitalization. We have first aware them by making a rural camp about digitalization and its benifts. For that Govt have to co-ordinate with different NGO and other functional groups e.g-RSS, Patanjali & Art of Living who had huge base in rural India.
what about the security ? please share how much level they create to make secure data.
the app must be available in all platforms(windows,android,ios) and on web too with out any bugs.the app should be able to save the both the images and as well as the other information like number and etc,.
you can take one locker for any person where total history will be present like his/her Ration card no, Voter Card, Pan card No, Passport, House NO. Adhar card no., Bank A/c No. (with Branch Wise),Empoyment Exchange Card No, Land Purchase Details, Tax File Details, Insurance Policy No.(General & Life), Demat Details,etc. which can give all details of any citizen of india for help to Govt.
