Documents in Digital Locker should be valid in private industry also. Not only in Gov. Use. For this, documents must be first verified by govt. executive then only can save in the digital locker.

Documents should directly issued on digilocker. And everyone can apply for any document from digilocker. No need to create diffrent portals for diffrent services.
We can achive this by just DigiLocker and UID (AADHAR)
Attaching sample how we can change the current document system.Take a look

At first computer knowledge should be made mandatory for all teaching and non-teaching staff in Government schools. No need to spend in lakhs for teaching the staff. better way is ask for volunteer help from employees of private firms. this will save money and will be more effective.
