Help us make Digital Locker better by providing your valuable feedback, comments and suggestions. ...
I think first you need to free Internet to all over India so that people can easily access with these facilities anywhere any time.
to enhance Digital Locker's authenticity,
-document issuing authority should involve in new document registration process.
-There should be different practice for old (already issued) document and New Documents (going to issue).
-For new documents if document issuing authority is from India then, Issuing Authority should directly issue the document in beneficiary's Digital Locker (like D'mat system in stock market) Means Digital Locker should operate like D'mat Account.
Really Good Idea. But there are many questions as well, like safety, forgery, misuse etc. But one of the most important thing is broadband speed. India is one of the largest country using internet but broadband speed is too slow & fast broadband is too expensive which every common person cannot effort. Hence, we need to focus to increase speed of net too. Cost is one of the factor that can decide success of DI.
I am really happy to know that our PM took the initiative about the Digital India and gave us such a platform where we can store all our documents.
But Being a government website, I have some questions in my mind about Digital Locker :
1. How safe will our Documents be ?
2. How secure is the website ?
3. Is there any assurity about the safety of our documents?
4. Is there any security of our documets from the hackers. So that it could not be hacked
and misused anywhere?
I would not want to risk my data by storing it in the digital locker. Nothing is safe in the hands of chinese hackers. As you know the entire US govt employee records is in the hands of chinese and the chinese govt has the hackers army to attack the systems of the enemy nations. And the govt systems are the last place i want to store my sensitive information without any foolproof systems in place. I am more worried after reading the news that the army is looking at digitizing its records.
Digital locker is a good system to keep our important documents in a safe manner....In way to keep our documents, the lock method should have....1.Email 2.aadhar card number 3.password. The password is of two way...the first way is to keep password of 4 lenght in numers and second method is to make pattern lock....to set locker.
digital locker ke baare me news de.
3. Existing Certificates ,Documents issued need to digitized by appropriate Agencies and will be made available as and when required by Citizen.
4. Digi-locker should have smartphone application with sharing capability with all online requests like passport, Driving license application which are now filled online.

Digital Locker is a Best Concept which I thought will be implemented on Priority in all Government offices, which will reduce the overburden of all agencies and streamline the work flow in timely and transparent manner. Here are my Few suggestions to improve the Service :
1. From now onward every government document, Certificates should have digitally signed and made available in soft to every citizen against his/her Aadhar No.
2. every Document Generated will have along with QR Code.
