Sukanya Samriddhi Scheme is not available to Non-resident Indians (NRIs). When parents are NRIs, girl child will also be with them.As you know, continuity of employment for NRI is uncertain and very unlikely that they are abroad for 14 years. I am also suffering Our Judicial System but My Father filed Civil Case since 2000 till date Court not solve my problem, At this time father Age 72 year Old (18 Years) At this time, May be I am also spent other 20 years of my life but Assuming Court not solve my problem, Last 5 year, I vist to Court & seen our Judicial & judge not interested in my case
