The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Institute should be established so that people can learn according to their interest. Now a days govt is only promoting software skill as the tool of skill india, all other skilled should be promoted on a large scale.

the institutions should only be given approval, if they are able to provide 100% placements/jobs for students for atleast two years. if they are not able to provide the 100% placement then their registration should be cancelled.

कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण तभी सफल हो पायेगा जब इसके शिक्षक उद्योगों से अनुभव प्राप्त लोग होंगे।

From school ,children should be given to make creative things daily so that they should be creative and when children make new creative ideas the country will also progress with nice ideas.

शिक्षा पद्धति में कौशल विकास से संबंधित विषय को दसवीं और बारहवीं के पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल किया जाए और उसे अनिवार्य बनाया जाए और इसके लिए शिक्षण संस्था और वहां के स्थानीय कौशल विकास केंद्र के बीच संबध स्थापित किए जाएं। ये कौशल विकास वहां के स्थानीय कौशल विकास केंद्र में कराए जा रहे कोर्स में से ही हो। इसके अलावा हरेक कौशल विकास केंद्र में मौजूद सुविधाओ और उनकी पद्धति का रिपोर्ट लिया जाए। इसका advertisment industrial area के पास किया जाए ताकि वहां के unskilled मजदूर इस से अवगत हो सके।

India become relevant when many opportunity are grow and skilled people become employed.. Small investment and investors are come together to become a big employees facility and more employment are growing slowly slowly.. Small startup industry are investing, in this fields job opportunity are to be grow in India. in all the states.. All states are come together to build a great piller for skilled labours and motivated the investor to invest in India..
