Comprehensive Pitch Ideas for Submission I you are looking to submit a high-quality, standout proposal to the MyGov Portal, here are four structured ideas mapped directly to Meet's key focus pillars:1. Architecture: Open-Source AI Hardware using RISC-The Core Idea: Design highly modular, open-source AI accelerators built entirely on the RISC-V architecture tailored for regional requirements. Why it matters: Most current AI accelerators rely on restrictive proprietary architectures. Standardizing an indigenous RISC-V instruction set for AI processing gives India complete sovereignty over its deep-tech IP while eliminating heavy Hardware: "PRAJNA-Mesh" Self-Optimizing Interconnects Th Core Idea: Embed micro-AI agents directly into the chiplet interconnect fabric rather than using AI solely for external software design. Why it matters: Moving data between individual chiplets consumes more energy than the actual computation. An on-chip AI network can predict, compress, and reroute data

Title: A safety checker for AI answers AI systems answer every question, even ones they should refuse, inventing facts, fake court judgments, wrong medical and financial claims. I have built and tested a safety checker that sits between the AI and the citizen. Safe questions get answered. Questions it cannot verify get a plain "I cannot answer this" instead of a guess. Questions needing human judgment go to a human. Every decision is recorded and cannot be quietly altered.(applied patent) NPCI: "AI may recommend, but authentication and final settlement must follow deterministic auditable rules." The Supreme Court has made citing unverified AI-generated judgments professional misconduct. Banks, courts and public services can trust AI only if it knows when to stop. Add "does the AI safely refuse what it cannot answer" to the Safe & Trusted AI benchmarks; (2) test refusal as much as answers; (3) I will contribute this soon on public domains.

Ideas on AI and Semiconductors Artificial Intelligence (AI) and semiconductor technology can play a major role in India’s future. AI can improve healthcare, education, agriculture, transport, banking and manufacturing by making services faster and more efficient. India can focus on developing indigenous AI chips that are powerful, energy-efficient and affordable. Strong semiconductor manufacturing can reduce dependence on imports and support the growth of domestic electronics and technology companies. AI-powered semiconductor design can also help create smarter and more efficient chips for smartphones, electric vehicles, satellites, defence systems and data centres. At the same time, investment in research, skilled workforce, startups and innovation can create new employment opportunities. The combination of AI and semiconductors can therefore help India build a strong, self-reliant and globally competitive technology ecosystem.

The present system of incubation facility at university level must be changed. Presently it is the institution who is selecting the area where incubation is requiored not the young mind , so a national common incubation generation pool must be created where the young minds from any field can put their ideas , It will be best if it starts from the higher secondary school level . The selectors at national level can select the best ideas and then only they can assign the student and the institution . Preference must be given to some ideas which has not been tried or proved earlier or where no review or sucess or failure is available, such ideas sometimes become great innovations rather than the copy cat theory. THE RESEARCH MUST ON WHIOCH OTHER RARE EARTH MATERIALS CAN BE USED WHICH ARE AVAILABLE IN OUR COUNTRY WITH MODIFICATION which are suitable to our indrustry make automobile, telecom, transport or defense .It must be kept in mind that in truereserch failure is the pillar of success

AI and Semiconductors: Shaping a Smarter Future Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductors are changing the way we live and use technology. AI helps machines learn, understand information, and make smart decisions, while semiconductor chips provide the power behind these technologies. Together, they can create many useful possibilities. Smaller and faster chips can make mobile phones, computers, and smart devices more powerful while using less energy. In healthcare, AI can help doctors detect diseases and study medical information. In agriculture, smart technology can help farmers understand soil, weather, and crop conditions. In education, AI can make learning more personal and engaging. The combination of AI and Semiconductors can make technology faster, smarter, and more useful. If developed responsibly, these technologies can save energy, improve our daily lives, and create new ideas for a better and more connected future.

I am Swayamdeep Pathak, Student Ambassador for AISC (CBSE x Intel) and a Class 12 student. India’s Semiconductor Mission and fab investments are commendable. However, top-layer infrastructure must be backed by a strong grassroots talent pipeline. True self-reliance requires focusing on the core: Education & AI Convergence. We must integrate Semiconductor Literacy into high school curricula alongside AI. High schoolers should learn how AI accelerates chip design (EDA) and how specialized AI hardware (GPUs/NPUs) powers next-gen tech. Microelectronics should complement core PCM subjects, making semiconductor literacy as vital as CS was for the IT boom. By nurturing AI-driven chip design skills at the school level, we won't just build factories we will empower future innovators to lead global silicon innovation. Real transformation begins in the classroom. From Silicon Valley to Silicon Classrooms. Thank You Swayamdeep Pathak

      5. We are in a phase like we came across Old heritage India, Colonization period, independence, scientific evolutions, technological advancements, now we are in AI or semiconductor era. One thing we can realise is research areas is( mostly all fields) reached going beyond human thinking. We have to maintain, consider the planet safety, sustainability, go green, existing things maintenance, living principles etc. Need to validate and take it.
