To avoid double taxation and make the business more transparent, the profit portion should be separated in the GST invoice bill so as to reduce the GST liability and also profitability of the business and profession can be taxed accordingly.

SOLVING THE NPA "PROBLEM" continued...
RESTRUCTURING OF NPA accounts should be incentivised.
Today, RBI has a non-scientific unit of NPA, & this is compounded by the rule that banks should not restructure/extend credit to NPAs. A common cold is not cancer, almost everyone will catch a cold/fever sometime. Similarly, a business failure is not fatal, every business will fail sometime, somewhere. The need is to distinguish between failure & intentional fraud, not punish routine business failure

All these things will save huge amount of govt which got invested every for flood relief , pollution relief etc. Govt can utilise that amount for other stuff.

1) No prosecution - if alleged tax evasion is less thn 10 lakhs or 10 % of income declared, whichever is higher
2) No penalty if income added by assessing officer is less thn 10% of income declared to reduce legation's.
3) Advance TAx date should be 30th September and 28th February as 15th June is too early as last year ITR is not filed by that date.
4) Advance tax should be restricted to 90% of the total Tax payable as it difficult to estimate 100% income

All the unaccounted contributions to political parties should be taxed at 30% (highest slab). Even if the contribution is one rupee .

It is a matter of great regret that only 4% of people declare income and pay tax owing to fear, but rest 96% of the total population enjoy all the benefits made from the tax money.GST is the right way to collect tax from the people indirectly. So if 2% in respect of income tax can be added under GST over the prevailing slab, more tax money can be collected. On the other hand, the Central Govt can provide a discount of 2% to the regular taxpayers,to avoid discrepancy.
