Stop LTC given to GOVT. employees and tax deduction given to PVT. sectors employees on LTC. It is better to use the money directly to develop tourist places. A female employee gets 24 months of CCL, fully paid leave, in her career to take care of her children's education. This is unfair to her male colleagues. It is even worse on the poor children who do not have proper schools. Stop this or at least make it half pay so that she makes the sacrifice for her children not the other poor kids.

1. I request that NRI's who are staying in India to help their aged parents and so inadvertently qualify as residents for tax, be exempt from this. It involves huge burden of paperwork and double taxation or prevents us from staying long enough to effectively serve our parents.
2. Most black money is in the real estate sector. Make the registration tax to be only a few % from the present high value of 10% or so. This brings down inflation, incentivize sellers to be honest about sale price.

A considerable amount of GST is collected through not only goods or service but also profit on such goods or service. This clearly shows that cascading effect has not yet been vanished completely. The profit of any business or profession is already under direct tax. In indirect tax regime, the GST is levied on goods or service which is inclusive of profit, that means the profit of business and profession is taxed twice, i.e directly and indirectly.
