Dear Finance Minister, Please allow to purchase at 0% GST for export and sez sales. Our output tax is 0 % and input between 18 to 28%. This results in huge stress on Cash Flow. Getting a refund is very difficult and time consuming. It is to the discretion of the assessing officer a. He keeps on asking paper. Till the point you are pleading him for refunds.

Writing and Printing Paper caries GST@12% & Newsprint caries GST@5%. There is loophole as all the Mills sell Newsprint even if they are sending Writing and Printing Paper. Either specify or restrict use of Newsprint to specific group or make GST same. Moreover make GST same for Printed Paper and Plain Writing and Printing Paper to avoid Tax Evasion. Paper is Basic Necessacity for all groups of People. Notebooks, Paper Projects are used in every instance of life.

Financial Inclusion by Protecting Millions of ChitFund Subscribers. Few recommendations for the upcoming Chit Fund Act amendment. 1. Leverage Blockchain Technology to make ChitFunds 100% safe and Trustworthy. 2. Bring the act under a central agency similar to SEBI, IRDA, etc or an SRO, and make the defaulters reporting mandatory. 3. Make auctions online, Insurance cover to subscribers money, Rate Chit Funds. Happy to help and work with the right parties to make this practical and a reality

My suggesion for restore Old Pension Scheme of government employees.
