Since so much of Digital Collaboration has been made with respect to integration of various Govt. platforms like PAN, Aadhaar, EPFO, Passports and Immigration, it is imperative that there will be better tax collection due to increased data quality. In such a scenario obviously the tax base is increasing as reported by GoI itself in your report cards. So there is a strong case for restructuring the progressive tax rates and slabs

Since there is a strong perception that GST has become inflationary where in the prices are corrected on the higher side on many goods and services, we do not want another new Direct Tax Law which again will impact negatively to some sections of the society especially salaried class.

When a business can expense out before paying taxes, it is equally important to think of the current inflation levels and the kind of expenses a salaried individual is incurring as well. Re-introduction of a standard deduction of INR 40,000 is just an eyewash and doesn't reflect Govt's conviction in ensuring fair game between business community and salaried class.

Treat all individuals, corporations and societies, charitable trusts, religious institutions, educational and health care providers equally when it comes to taxing their income. Today in this country, salaried class is bearing the brunt by paying the maximum share of direct taxes. Business income, Agricultural income always have ways and means to avoid paying income tax.

Sir
HRA TAX extemption should be revisited. Actually why the concept of Rent paid -10%basic is there? If a person has 20k rent and 80k basic(7cpc DA and basic merged) then he is eligible for (20000-8000)*12=12000*12=1.4LAKH only , which was huge loss to that person.
Actually it should be Raint paid -10%HRA(Instead of basic)

If a person is staying in 8000rented house then the calculation will be 8000-8000=0; PL revised HRA TAX EXTEMPTION AND DO THE NEED FULL HELP TO ALL OF US. THANK YOU

In order to promote the habit of every citizen to honestly pay Income tax Kindly consider launching a special benefits scheme fo the honest tax payers. The government should in some way reward those who are contributing towards development of the country. Based on PAN number tax paying individuals maybe offered special services based of TAX SLAB ei. anyone who pays 50k to 1lakh income tax gets Priority in Confirmation of Railway ticked waiting list /can work from home rather than commercial off
