THE POWER OF JAN BHAGIDARI:Framework Conceptualization (PM-KUSUM Scheme): On September 4, 2017, Dr. G. Mathan, Professor from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu Submitted a policy suggestion through CPGRAMS relating to decentralized solar energy deployment (PMOPG/E/2017/0475853 ). The proposal urged the Government of India to formulate a specific, subsidized scheme encouraging farmers to set up decentralized solar energy panels on their barren and un-cultivable waste lands. The proposal envisioned a dual-benefit model: giving farmers a regular, effort-free secondary income, generating rural employment, and selling excess green power directly back to the government grid. The proposal was noted by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy under File No. 30/97/2014-15/NSM, 8th Sept, 2017. The proposal addressed themes that were later reflected in PM-KUSUM Scheme, Component A. This perfect alignment stands as a monumental victory for participatory democracy in India.

Center should NOT have any dialogue with cockroach Janata Party. it will only increase their demands HAVE NO DIALOGUE WITH CJP AS THEY DO NOT REPERESENT STUDENTS BUT ONLY LUMPEN ELEMENTS We should not confuse with Students and Anti social forces What is plaguing the country is the widespread sabotage by the Congress and organizations like CJP trying to influence students. Govt unprepared to deal with the situation due to lack of forces Govt has to deal with the irresponsible opposition that is sabotaging the country Country looks forward to younger people like Anurag thakur Sudanshu Trivedi etc Please take action on Dipke for inflamatory speeches Needless to say that US big tech role is there and same has to be investigated US individuals involved and US govt be warned after investigation NDA govt must understand that Congress only wants to create anarchy for the sake of power?
