One of the major obstacles to increasing tree plantation is the lack of designated places where citizens can legally & safely plant trees. Every city, town & village identify suitable public locations for community tree plantation. These could include Lake surrounding Riverbank Canal side Hill & mountain slope Park boundary Roadsides where feasible Government land, School, college & institutional campuses Open spaces reserved for green development. Each location could have a predefined no.

A scientifically designed and validated structured yoga module for stress management among competitive exam aspirants was developed at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA) and published in the international peer-reviewed journal "Mental Health and Prevention". Promoting such evidence-based yoga modules through coaching centres and digital learning platforms can support the mental well-being of competitive exam aspirants. The detailed information about the yoga practices is provided in the attached PDF.

My humble suggestion is regarding taxation and ease of doing business. It appears that India is gradually moving back towards a complex "tax raj." Excessive direct and indirect taxes reduce disposable income and discourage enterprise. Instead of increasing complexity, the government could introduce a single, free, standardized accounting and tax software linked to PAN or Aadhaar. Every business would record its income and expenses on this platform throughout the year, and the software would automatically calculate taxable income, GST, and other liabilities, generating the final tax return with minimal effort. For very small businesses, an even simpler option could be taxation based on turnover. A transparent, technology-driven system would reduce compliance costs, improve tax collection, curb evasion, and make paying taxes easier for honest citizens.even reduces the burden on citizens about tax cal ulation and complexities.

Respected Hon'ble Prime Minister, India has millions of engineers, AI professionals, researchers, startup founders, NGO volunteers, and technology experts eager to contribute to nation-building. I humbly suggest launching a National Open Innovation Platform where ministries regularly publish real public problems with clear objectives. Unlike hackathons or short-term innovation challenges, this platform should be open to citizens, professionals, startups, universities, NGOs, and companies. Problem statements should remain open until an effective, practical solution is identified and validated, rather than being limited by fixed timelines. Companies can be encouraged to contribute employee expertise through innovation or CSR initiatives. The best solutions should be evaluated, piloted, and scaled by the Government, creating a continuous national problem-solving movement for a Viksit Bharat.

I request honorable PM to raise awareness about new type of VIP culture where people paste "Bharat Sarkar" "Rajasthan Sarkar" and other stickers against vehicle rules and drive vehicles on road in a dangerous manner, thinking rules don't matter to them. I also wish if awareness about Police brutality, corruption and relevant reforms and steps govt has taken can be highlighted. Reducing bureaucratic red tape and deregulation at State levels to promote businesses should also be talked about, so that people are confident of opening a new business and don't spend enormous time just to get approvals, licenses etc

Flat owners of CHSL should not be entitled to pay the yearly property tax whose builder has not given their legally conveyance and extract 7/12 transfer w.r.t. land ownership. This will maintain the legal compliance 100%
