My humble request for Mann Ki Baat is to address the mindset of government employees. They are designated officers to help public, not public bosses. Their primary duty is to help citizens, not merely penalize them. For example, in traffic management, many signals are non-functional or poorly designed for timing and visibility and even malfunctioningis common, even the time abruptly chnages like from 4 seconds to zero or from 23 seconds to go to sudden red light , yet enforcement often focuses only on issuing challans instead of solving the root problems. Wrong-side driving is frequently ignored until it becomes an opportunity to fine people. A "No Parking" board should also guide citizens to the nearest parking area. A culture of service, guidance, and problem-solving will earn far greater public respect than one based on fear and punishment.

Honourable Prime Minister, as India advances rapidly on the global stage, structural vulnerabilities within our education and healthcare systems demand urgent national attention to protect the aspirations and well-being of our citizens. In the educational sector, the heavy commercialization of institutions, recurring examination malpractices, and a systemic failure to adequately recognize and provide viable professional opportunities for high-achieving, meritorious graduates have left our youth facing profound uncertainty and demoralization. Simultaneously, our healthcare ecosystem is burdened by deep-rooted issues, from the dangerous proliferation of unqualified medical practitioners to the lack of adequate public infrastructure and a vital need for enhanced safety and ethical accountability across medical environments. We earnestly appeal for your visionary intervention to institute rigorous regulatory reforms, dismantle deep-seated administrative gaps, and ensure both .

Shri Narendra Modi ji Can we talk about the care of our elders? We struggled as my father aged with a rare disease to support him through six years with attendants, who were often callous and disrespectful. How can systems in India become more accessible, dignified and compassionate towards the end of life?

Respected Hon'ble Prime Minister, I request you to address the rising number of rape and sexual assault cases in India during the upcoming Mann Ki Baat. Every such incident shakes the conscience of the nation and leaves families living in fear and grief. It is important that this issue receives continuous national attention. Along with spreading awareness about respecting women and ensuring gender sensitivity from an early age, I request the Government to take stronger measures to prevent such crimes. I humbly request consideration of: Faster investigation and disposal of rape cases through fast-track courts. Strict and certain punishment for convicted offenders, so that justice is delivered promptly and acts as a strong deterrent. Better safety infrastructure, including improved policing, surveillance, and emergency response systems. Greater support for survivors through medical, legal, financial, and psychological assistance. Awareness and education programmes
