Inviting Ideas for Mann Ki Baat by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 26th July 2026

Stop celebrating the date of 15th August as independence day for lifetime. Cancel the date from list of national holiday. Make people forget the hardships of british rule. Make the next generation come out of the GHULAM MANSIKTA. Let the people become more confident on their daily roles to MODIfy India.

आदरणीय महोदय नमस्कार। समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति के विकास में पंचायत सचिवालय का बहुत महत्व है। लेकिन पंचायत सचिवालय में आम सभा में बहुत कम लोग उपस्थित हो पाते हैं। जिसके कारण लोगों को जानकारी नहीं मिल पाती है। कारण यह है कि ग्राम सभा कब होती है ।लोगों को पता ही नहीं चलता। जबकि एक फेरीवाला जब आता है तो पूरे पंचायत के लोगों को जानकारी हो जाती है। तो पंचायत में होने वाले आम सभा की जानकारी क्यों नहीं हो पाती है? अगर ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र से सस्ते वाहन के द्वारा पंचायत में प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए तो।आमसभा में अधिकाधिक लोग पहुंचेंगे। क्योंकि जानकारी अधिकांश लोगों के पास होंगे और आमसभा का सफल संचालन होगा और जरूरतमंद लाभ ले सकेंगे। पंचायतों के इस संबंध में मन की बात में चर्चा द्वारा समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे सकते हैं। जय हिन्द जय भारत।

Dear PM Sir, I would like to recommend few suggestions regarding workplace misconduct among Central Government Civilian Employees- 1. Majority of the Central Government Civilian staff both males and females who gets employed on compensation are involved in mean politics and unprofessional conduct. Aforementioned female staffs use deception, coercion to compromise a male colleagues career. 2.The Central Government Civilian job may be made All India Transfer job for all ranks including non gazetted staff. There will be a proper system of checks and balances. If majority employee are from same state they may overlook fraudulent activities of their own people. 3.Government may reform association law that exist in Central Goveenment Civilian Offices because these associations have been deeply involved in politics hindering every work of department. There is no concept of associations in defense services then why should it exist for Central Giveenment Civilian?

On 5 Oct 2014, World Teachers’ Day, Arpan Mitra Sangam began — inaugurated by President’s Award winner Naveen Gulia. For 11+ years, from a rented centre with zero govt/CSR funds, it gives free education, stationery & meals to poor kids. After retiring in 2021, Mr. Chauhan serves full-time. Impact: 1,200+ children educated, 500+ admitted to govt schools. No breaks in 11 years. As Chief Guest, I gave uniforms & bags to 20 new students. I saw not charity, but dignity. Arpan bridges streets to schools. It runs on jan-bhagidari — friends & volunteers. This is Viksit Bharat in action: one citizen, one room, changing futures. Support.

Inspired by the Hon'ble Prime Minister's first Teachers' Day address in September 2014, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Chauhan, then a government servant, resolved to educate rag-picker and other underprivileged children who had been deprived of schooling. On World Teachers' Day, 5 October 2014, Arpan Mitra Sangam was inaugurated by Mr. Naveen Gulia, a President's Award recipient, renowned social worker, and motivational speaker. Since its inception, the Society has remained steadfast in its mission of providing free basic education and holistic support to underprivileged children. For more than 11 years, with the generous support of like-minded friends and well-wishers—and without receiving any government or CSR funding—Arpan Mitra Sangam has been operating from a rented learning centre. The Society provides free education, stationery, learning materials, and refreshments to children from economically weaker sections, helping them build a brighter future.

Dear PM Modi ji, why does the Indian government create so much discrimination among students? Vacancies or college seats for SC, OBC and general category are not decided on their marks. SC category students are selected on very low marks but general category is selected on much higher marks than SC and the seats of general category are also very low.

Dear PM, Why can't we bring quality education to every home? I have an idea that could make this possible and create something even better than the current education platforms. I'd love the opportunity to share it with you.

Mr. Rakesh Chouhan Nebsarai Delhi has established an Arpan Mitra Society to serve underprivileged children educational development and every year he trains about 60 underprivileged children regularly. He teaches them from 9.00am to 1.00pm and make them to go to school. Once he gets confident on 20 students, he take them to MCD schools and joines them in the MCD schools. Recently he invited me as cheif guest to distribute school dress, shoes, bag, book and pencils to about 20 students got the admission in MCD schools. Respected prime minister, our countries one of the biggest problem is people not following basic civic sense while driving in roads, we have already challan system but it’s unaffective and so I have few suggestions like- you can ask the citizen to follow rules via mann ki baat and mandatorily teach civic sense of traffic and driving to children since class 1,2 which will help in bottom up approach. Respected Sir, The slogan #BetiBaachaoBetiPadhao should be renamed as #BetiBachaoCriminalsKoMitao because initiatives like #BetiBaachaoBetiPadhao are essential for empowerment, but they mean nothing if our girls and women are not safe. It is deeply painful and disturbing to open social media or watch news only to see endless reports of molestation rape and violence. True empowerment cannot happen in an environment of fear. We do not just need slogans; we need immediate accountability, harsher punishments, and a legal system that acts swiftly against predators. The safety of women is not a secondary issue- it is an emergency. It is a humble request to you, from every sister, daughter and mother; Sir, please take a strict stance on this matter before it is too late. Thank you, sir, for giving me a platform to speak my thoughts out.
