आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, 'विकसित भारत 2047' के आपके दूरदर्शी संकल्प के संदर्भ में, मैं 'रेड ग्रीन मूवमेंट' के भारतीय सामाजिक-विधिक परिदृश्य में , जैम (JAM) और डीबीटी (DBT) के माध्यम से देश ने नवीन लोक-कल्याणवाद स्थापित किया है। अब समय है कि 'लाखपति दीदी' जैसी योजनाओं को और सुदृढ़ कर लाभार्थियों को केवल उपभोग-सहायता देने के बजाय निश्चित समयावधि में कौशल संवर्धन से जोड़ा जाए।'राष्ट्रीय शरणार्थी नीति' का निर्माण विधिक संतुलन के लिए अनिवार्य है, ANRF अधिनियम 2023 और 'वन नेशन वन सब्सक्रिप्शन' योजनाओं ने शोध को नई गति दी है। अनुसंधान को वैश्विक ज्ञान अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने के लिए इसे संभ्रांत संस्थानों से बाहर निकालकर राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों तक विस्तारित करना होगा और वैज्ञानिकों को प्रशासनिक व नौकरशाही के अवरोधों से मुक्त कर पूर्ण बौद्धिक स्वतंत्रता देनी होगी। इन मोर्चों पर एक समन्वित और तार्किक नीतिगत दृष्टिकोण ही भारत को वर्ष 2047 तक 'विश्वगुरु' और आत्मनिर्भर वैज्ञानिक महाशक्ति के रूप में स्थापित करेगा। भवदीय, (प्रोफेसर रिपु रंजन सिन्हा) महानिदेशक, ADCO | प्रणेता, रेड ग्रीन मूवमेंट

Most real estate developers backed by politicians/ influential people are Kings of Urban/SemiUrban - as right from pooling land to manipulating Financial Institutions, every their hava with cash bags / phone call by minister . Abusive/ Unethical use of AI penetrated everywhere , it became so difficult to judge a research paper/ judicial evidence etc - whether genuine or AI fabricated . Many cautions of unregulated AI is ignored grossly , now school kids of age 6 are using AI for home work .

When most cars particularly manufactured prior to 2025 are non E20 ( Ethanol 20 blending with Petrol ) compliant . how the Petroleum ministry ignoring the fact that to make a car E20 complaint, the cost of the car would go up by 15 percent . Even to retrofit a car for E20, prior to 2020 cars are not feasible .

Ongoing SIR in states is highly unorganized. As EPIC followed elector name format as actual name , family ( sur) name and in most cases of UID , the format is Family name, actual name. Because of this name mismatch , online SIR enumeration form failing at last step . BLOs are influenced by local political gangs , no UID or eqvt support document being asked for physical enumeration forms. So haphazard, the SIR exercise going on at the cost of billions of public money

When most of the revenue , RTA , Police , IxS , registration etc department officials are highly corrupt ( intelligently- each of this official would maintain so many binamis ) for ages, why the probing agencies catch only one (1) shark out of 10000 ? The system is so pathetic , these corrupt officials are so unethical , not leaving shirt button from dead human bodies

When a probing agency catches ( with one month backdoor advance notice ) a so called very select Govt official, by that time he amassed more than 500 crore unaccounted assets / money / jewelry. Means system is so blind , the corrupt official continues to build unaccounted assets from 5 to 50 in number. At the end ,the official escapes from punishment , For ages , this is the country story of human sharks , who just do not care / not scared ofACB, ED, CBI etc as the cases vanish over time

The unethical practices/ irregularities popped up at popular temple is just a glimpse. Most temples do have such irregularities for ages . In some temples, the offenders replaced high value precious stones with synthetic/low value equivalents . Means what the temple treasury inventory has Rs 10000 value diamond inplace of Rs 2 crore diamond which is stolen with blessings from stakeholders. Even 22/24 carat Gold temple jewelry replaced with 14 carat or lower CT Gold. Hey Human !
