Inspired by your vision of Viksit Bharat, I have engineered an end-to-end tech framework to structurally eliminate exchequer corruption. As the sole author, I have attached the full PDF draft: The CBDC (Universal Fiscal Stabilization and Systemic Annihilation of Corruption) Bill This bill replaces manual audits with an UN-bypassable technological cage: Dual-Tokens: Segregates public funds into G-Tokens for salaries and P-Tokens for procurement. Budget Contraction: Hard-codes a 50-60% contraction engine on legacy budgets to strip out siphoned padding. IoT Purity Locks: Links milestone payments to live IoT sensors (concrete density/load scales) to freeze funds if quality drops. Smart BNSS Evidence Vaults: Forces a 3-hour bank liquidation for seized cash and next-day metrology DNA profiles for gold/diamonds. AI-Fraud Defenses: Controls against deepfake bio metric, synthetic identities, and bot swarms. The bill includes a full Work Allocation Matrix for the RBI, NPCI, and MeitY.

I humbly request that a future episode of Mann Ki Baat focus on making India's education system future-ready, affordable, and flexible. Along with strong academics, students should develop critical thinking, problem-solving, digital literacy, financial awareness, creativity, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. AI is transforming every sector, and early awareness among students, teachers, and parents will help India build future innovators. I also request the Government to study flexible learning models, including regulated homeschooling and hybrid education, as adopted in many countries. These options are not meant to replace schools but to complement them where suitable. They may help reduce expenses such as transportation and uniforms, allowing families to invest more in skill development, books, sports, arts, and technology education for their child

Respected PM Sir, I am Mukta, PGT Visual Arts, Govt Model Sanskriti Sr Sec School, Matindu, Sonipat, Haryana. Paper leaks like NEET have shaken students’ trust and rewarded dishonesty over merit. I request shifting CBSE Boards, NEET, JEE to secure online exams to end leaks and ensure fair assessment. Typing-based tests will also help rural students who lose marks due to handwriting, not knowledge. Please promote digital classrooms with laptops/tablets in govt schools, reducing paper costs and saving trees for a greener India. As champion of Digital India, please extend this vision to education: build a secure online exam platform, start pilot programmes, and take strict action against paper leak networks. Thank you for your leadership and service to the nation.

A simple but useful suggestion based on our personal national and international observations is that if the COOKING AREA OF RESTAURANTS AND HOTELS ARE VISIBLE FROM ALL CORNERS AND SIDES, the food quality and services have a major impact ( see the attached details)

Dilip Acharya,South Ramnagar,South 24Pgs,W.B

Respected Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Topic: ensuring a safe, fair, and respectful work environment for women in government offices, especially those on probation. Many women who are in the initial stages of their government service hesitate to raise concerns about gender bias, discrimination, or unfair treatment because they fear it could affect their job security, probation assessment, or future career. This fear can become even greater in departments where women are significantly outnumbered by male colleagues. In some workplaces, speaking up against unfair treatment may result in isolation, retaliation, or being unfairly targeted by colleagues or superiors, even after probation. As a result, many women choose to remain silent rather than risk their careers. A discussion from you on this subject would raise awareness, strengthen women employees' confidence, and reinforce the values of equality and justice in public service.
