Hon'ble Prime Minister, Indian cities already have CCTV and field teams, but much footage remains passive. I have built an open-source, privacy-first Civic and Road Safety Intelligence Platform that turns authorized video into human-reviewed alerts for potholes, waterlogging, garbage overflow, road blockage, illegal parking, congestion and road-safety events. It has no facial recognition, no citizen scoring, and no automatic challans or enforcement. I propose a small, controlled municipal pilot in Barasat, West Bengal, with measurable response-time and detection outcomes before scaling. The public source and demo can be found by searching GitHub for The Human Technologist civic-ai-platform. I respectfully request guidance to the appropriate urban-development authority for a pilot review.

NEP 2020 (National Education Policy) was a much needed educational reform which our Governament has implemented based on latest standards of scientific research, however we are living in a dynamic world where our global standards are being challenged often, so we need to revisit and modify NEP by adopting an approach that prioritizes equity and non-discrimination at every level of NEP while delivering education services to our citizens. PARAKH - which assesses student progress needs to be revisited since we live in the age of AI and smartphones with internet offering knowledge and answers instantly, technology can be used to cheat in paper-based exams easily. How do we make testing and exams fool-proof? Do we need to adopt computer-based testing(CBT) at every level of education? Do we have the technology infrastructure to satisfy CBT exams nation-wide? Further do we need traditional exams to maintain the competitive spirit among our students? Are there alternatives to exams?

The Issue Hon'ble Prime Minister, As Republic Day approaches, I respectfully urge the Government to end the release of tricolour balloons and phase out balloons from all celebrations. Our national pride should never come at the cost of nature. Discarded balloons and ribbons pollute land and water, endanger wildlife through ingestion and entanglement, create litter, waste scarce helium needed for medical use, and break down into microplastics that enter the food chain. I request the Government to discourage balloon use at public events, spread awareness through Mission LiFE and Mann Ki Baat, promote eco-friendly alternatives such as cloth, paper and flowers, engage schools and communities, and phase out balloons through policy. A simple appeal from you can inspire millions to celebrate patriotism without polluting Mother Earth and make India a global example of sustainable celebrations.

As a Class 12 student, I believe our education system should become more flexible and future-ready. Students in Classes 11–12 should have greater freedom to choose subjects based on their career goals, especially with the rapid growth of technology and AI. I also suggest allowing limited language flexibility in board exams. If a student explains concepts correctly, they should be allowed to use a combination of English and their state language (such as Hinglish or another state language with English). This can reduce language barriers and help students express their understanding more effectively while maintaining academic standards.

Paper leakage is one of the burning issues nowadays. It is suggested to formulate and set the question paper on the spot in the examination center one or two hours prior to the examination. Human involvement in the process of question setting must be completely eliminated.
