आदरणीय मेरे प्यारे प्रधानमंत्री जी , नमस्ते ,मैं श्याम बिश्नोई राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय का छात्र हूँ , सर मेरा एक सुझाव ‘केंद्रीय गणित अनुसंधान संगठन’ के गठन को लेकर है , सर हम बचपन से एक जाना सुनते आ रहे है मनोज कुमार जी की फ़िल्म पूरब और पश्चिम का “जब जीरो दिया मेरे भारत ने , दुनिया को तब गिनती आई “ । सर इस जीरो अथार्थ शून्य का प्रयोग करने वाले महान गणितज्ञ ब्रह्मगुप्त राजस्थान के जालोर जिले में भीनमाल के रहने वाले थे । सर इस साल हमारे विद्यार्थियों ने physics chemistery biology के olympiad में बहुत अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया उसी तरह गणित ओलंपियाड में भी अव्वल रहे इसके लिए क्यों ना केंद्रीय गणित अनुसंधान संगठन की स्थापना भीनमाल में की जाए इससे ना केवल हमारी प्राचीन उपलब्धि को सम्मान मिलेगा साथ ही यह हमारे वर्तमान और भविष्य के लिए भी गणित के विषय में और अधिक खोजे व गणित को अधिक सरल रुचिकर बनाने में मददगार साबित होगा, सर इससे आपके “विकास भी विरासत भी “ दृष्टिकोण को भी बल मिलेगा । मैं आशा करता हूँ की आपके जन्मदिन पर रखा गया ये सुझाव आपको जरूर महत्वपूर्ण लगेगा । जय हिंद ।

Mann Ki Baat – Connecting the Nation Through the Voice of the People “Mann Ki Baat” is a monthly radio programme through which the Prime Minister of India communicates with citizens on subjects related to society, national life, culture, development and public participation. The programme began on 3 October 2014 through All India Radio. Since April 2015, it has generally been broadcast on the last Sunday of every month at 11:00 a.m. The words “Mann Ki Baat” can be understood as “talk from the heart” or an expression of thoughts and feelings. India is a country of extraordinary diversity. People living in different states and regions speak different languages, follow different traditions and work in different occupations. Honourable Prime Minister Ji Sir, Most respectfully submitted that Political reservation to SC and ST under Articles 330 and 332, which provide reservation of 84 seats under SC quota and 43 seats of MPs under ST quota in every Parliamentary election, besides over 900 MLAs are elected under reservation to SC and SC as per population percentage in every State/UT, from the very first election in the Country, which was initially granted for 10 years and extended till 2030. This reservation remain within 10-15% families, while remaining population could never availed any such benefit, as it remain within the same families as ancestral property, who are controlling the majority of vote bank due to influence of being bureaucratic and politicians and are also attracting OBC community to strengthen Opposition so as to defeat the ruling party BJP. As such the political reservation to SC and ST should not be extended further as has been done in case of Anglo Indians.

Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modiji, I am Darshan Gowda K P from Channapatna Karnataka. Sir I would like to use this opportunity to describe you that most of the youth in our country is not aware of the Government's schemes, plans and many more. For example, so many of students are not aware of Mann Ki Baat or mygov application. I think our generation has been misguided. And their concentration has been diverted towards other things. So I would like to request you that please take an initiative to make youth a power and help them to get access to the government's schemes.And also I would like to ask you that irrespective of identity, religion, caste, class you help the meritorious students to pursue education. So that they can pursue higher education it might be through scholarship, increment in government seats or by giving free coaching for competitive exams. Nowadays it's been difficult for a poor or middle class students to get a good quality of coaching.
