      - Implications & Benefits of Fixing Rs. 25,000 Minimum Salary *If Government fixes Rs. 25,000 as uniform minimum salary, the following positive implications will occur:* *1. Economic Justice:* All private employees across India will get equal pay for equal work, removing state-wise disparity. *2. Dignified Standard of Living:* With rising inflation, house rent, and school fees, Rs. 25,000 is the minimum needed for a family to live with dignity in 2026. *3. Reduction of Migration:* If salary is same everywhere, people will not be forced to migrate from villages to metro cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi for higher pay. *4. Boost to National Economy:* When crores of private employees get more salary, their purchasing power increases, which will directly boost market growth and GST collection. *5. Reduction in Employee Exploitation:* Many private companies pay Rs. 8,000 to 12,000 only. A uniform law will stop this exploitation. It will reduce poverty .

Respected Sir, I would like to bring to your kind attention the plight of crores of employees working in private offices, shops, and companies across India. The salary in the private sector is not uniform. In many states, employees are still paid Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month, which is not sufficient to meet the current cost of living, house rent, and education expenses in 2026 1. Under *Section 9 of the Code on Wages, 2019*, the Central Government may fix a National Floor Wage. I request you to fix this Floor Wage at *Rs. 25,000 per month* uniformly for the entire country. 2. Direct all State Governments not to fix minimum wages below Rs. 25,000. 3. Ensure strict enforcement of this wage through the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) and through the Shram Suvidha Portal. 4. Include all types of private employees - office staff, sales staff, accountants, drivers, housekeeping, IT and non-IT staff - under this coverage. Fixing Rs. 25,000 as the uniform salary .

*Subject: Urgent Proposal for Restructuring Indian School and Higher Education to Complete by Age 20 - For Economic Empowerment of Youth* Respected Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Pranam. I write to you as a concerned citizen of this great nation at a time when our education system needs a transformative reform to align with the needs of 21st-century Bharat. Today, India stands at the peak of scientific and technological advancement. Children born today possess higher cognitive abilities and are exposed to technology from birth. However, our current Kothari Commission-based education model is still focused on creating a marks-producing machine, rather than imparting life-skills, technological knowledge, and economic wisdom. *Present Reality:* A child joins pre-school at age 3 and completes schooling in 17 years, then completes college education till age 25. He gets a job at 26 and achieves economic stability only by 30 years.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I wish to propose Smart Civic Infrastructure Integrated Public Utility Hubs to make Indian cities cleaner, safer, smarter and more welcoming for citizens and international tourists. The hubs could integrate smart bus shelters, Wi-Fi, RO drinking water, EV charging, public toilets, hygiene facilities, smart police booths with CCTV, citizen-service assistance, digital information kiosks, charging points, smart waste management, green landscaping, smart lighting, pedestrian facilities and digital wayfinding, along with beautification of surrounding public spaces. This model can improve daily citizen convenience, cleanliness, safety and tourism experience, while supporting Swachh Bharat, Digital India, sustainable mobility and urban development. I propose a pilot project through suitable Government–Private Sector/PPP/CSR participation, subject to approvals, with the objective of creating a new benchmark for smart civic infrastructure in India. Respected prime minister these days many young people have a lot of talent but they don’t have the right platform or guidance to showcase it. I suggest creating an app or website where young people can upload and showcase their talents, whether it is art, music, writing, dance, technology or anything else. Their work could be noticed by experienced artists, professionals and organisations, who could then guide them or give them opportunities to grow. This would help talented youth from different parts of the country get a chance to be seen and build a better future.

Prince Kumar Class 11 Rajasthan 9257661898
