Initiatives for 'Recognized Prior Learning' (RPL) should be encouraged in both central and state open universities. The gap between the industrial and academic sectors must be bridged; it is concerning that curriculum design and industry requirements often stand at opposite poles. Curriculum reforms in engineering education are essential. Current UGC regulations prohibiting engineering courses via distance education create a barrier to obtaining certificates or diplomas through RPL. Informal learning is on the rise across the country's leading sectors; in this context, the UGC's new university regulations run counter to industrial growth. The UGC has failed to align its university regulations with the ground realities of the industry. Consideration should be given to granting university status to Sector Skill Councils.

Respected sir, while UPI merchant charges are all right but smart merchant will pass charges down to customers. Now can this passing down of charges could be prevented or system is developed so that UPI can auto detect superficial charges. Secondly, measures needed to prevent charging such charges whom Govt gives widow pension, scholarships , disability funds etc etc. These people get free Govt aid but when they will utilise the free aid they are going to be charged. Request in such cases exemptions be made. YOURS SINCERELY

Household waste management: I request government to introduce plastic container as digester with QR code which can hold 20 to 25 kgs of total weight which is easy for BBMP people to carry like Gas cylinders. This contains should have a air tight vent and small tap for liquid as outlet. Based on number of people in the house let the government decide how many contains needed for that family. Cost of the container should be paid by house itself. Ask people to keep in their house premise and dump all biodegradable house waste to that container 80% or 90%. Then add earth worm or natural chemicals which enhances biodegradation which is available in government outlets at nominal price. Also govt define which all house hold things they can put and how much time is needed to get it converted to manure. This solves dumping, natural manure for farmers at nominal price, clean city, people awareness and pain by the BBMP people to manage in large cities like Bangalore. Also track waste segregation.

Waste Management: I request government to introduce Deposit amount (German word - Pfand) minimum of 10 Paise to maximum of Rs.5/- for each individual dry items like medicine or bear or coco cola, Pepsi bottles, metal contains etc. used for storing. This reduces reasonable amount of dry waste which is currently land fill and spoiling the fertility of agricultural lands and nature. This also avoids plastic, metal in animals stomach. In Germany i have observed people while shopping bringing back the dry waste and deposit in automated machine and getting money back which is used for next shopping. In India we can either introduce in re-shopping or deposit back to their wallet via UPI payment. With this we can create job opportunity for solid waste collection from hazardous to medical, catoon box to bottles outlets, avoid waste on road, save animals, discipline in people, Development of India.

Prana-Ganesha: A Living Bio-Art by Goa School Students On Ganesh Chaturthi (12th August 2026), students of Shrimati High School, Velguem, Goa, in collaboration with Padmini Foundation, unveiled "Prana-Ganesha"—a living topiary carpet grown entirely from germinating finger millet (ragi). Conceived by Visual Art Teacher Mr. Yogesh Vishnu Kauthankar alongside NSQF Agriculture teachers, the project spent nine days preparing soil beds, sowing seeds, and managing hydration cycles to sculpt the verdant deity. This grassroots initiative beautifully brings the Hon'ble PM's national visions to life: • Promoting Sri Anna (Millets): Celebrating the life-force (Prana) and resilience of millets through sacred art. • NEP 2020 & NSQF: Translating Art-Integrated Learning and vocational agriculture into hands-on problem-solving. • Mission LiFE: Replacing synthetic idols with a 100% biodegradable, living creation that nourishes nature. #millets #NEP #Agriculture #Artintegration #spirituality
