An indigenous chemical-stimulation technology to enhance water availability in dry and low-yield borewells and tubewells. IIT (ISM) Dhanbad-educated Mineral Engineer Vishal Ashok Bagale developed this borewell-development process through years of research and fieldwork. Originating in Maharashtra, it has been deployed in 15,000+ borewells and is expanding across Karnataka, Gujarat and other states. Improved water availability has supported irrigation, crops, horticulture, farm productivity, livelihoods and rural water needs. Aligned with PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s national emphasis on water conservation, groundwater recharge and source sustainability, this grassroots initiative applies engineering to India’s water challenges. With international patent protection secured and further filings underway, this journey from one engineer’s initiative to thousands of beneficiaries can be an inspiring ‘Mann Ki Baat’ story. It also offers environmental benefits through resource conservation.

Subject: Mandate Top Corporates Olympic Glory Respected Prime Minister Ji, Despite 1.4 billion people, India ranked 71st at Paris 2024 (6 medals). Our sports investment is disproportionately low. I propose a "10-Year Sports Mission": Mandate all companies with market cap >₹1 lakh crore (currently 110 firms, ~62% of BSE value) to allocate 1% of annual Profit Before Tax to Olympic sports. With total CSR spending at ₹22,563 crore (FY25) and sports receiving only ~1.8% (₹753 crore), this targeted mandate could unlock ₹5,000–7,000 crore annually for sports like hockey, athletics, wrestling, badminton, boxing, archery, football, and emerging disciplines (winter sports, cycling, swimming, gymnastics). Each corporate house adopts specific sports, funding training, infrastructure, travel, and athlete compensation for lost education/employment. Progress should be publicly tracked and celebrated to inspire philanthropists. May India transform into a true sporting nation by 2036.

I would like the Prime Minister to speak about how young people can use Artificial Intelligence and technology responsibly to solve real problems in education, agriculture, healthcare and rural development. Many students are learning AI and developing innovative ideas, but they need better opportunities, mentorship and platforms to turn these ideas into practical solutions. A discussion on how youth can become creators and problem-solvers through technology would inspire more students across India to learn new skills and contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat.
