TO: Hon'ble Prime Minister of India (Through MyGov - DST) Subject: Submission of Original Theory on Origin of Life and Human Evolution Respected Sir, I am Prabin Rabha(Tuhin cum) from Goalpara, Assam. I submit my original research titled "Origin of Life and Human Evolution: CPTM & PGWE Theory". DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22785013. My core principle is: RETENTION TIME IS EVOLUTION. CPTM Theory explains origin of life: In deep ocean, globules trapped cosmic energy. Longer energy retention created complex life, shorter retention created single-cell life. PGWE Theory explains human evolution: Due to prolonged gestation in womb, brain size and body became advanced. Generation by generation, ape evolved into human.I humbly request you to forward my work to DST scientists for review.Jai Hind. Prabin Rabha(tuhin cum), Guwahati, Assam. Date: 16-09-2026

Respected Saint Modi ji Maharaj, All I want to say that whatever acts, rules, policies, schemes are in vogue should be IMPLEMENTED IN TRUE SPIRIT for that the govt manpower involved should be SPECIFICALLY TRAINED LIKE A SALES MAN professionally to help out general citizen especially underprivileged and handicapped. Govt hierarchy should reach out to citizen, NOT THE CITIZEN RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST. 2nd point is specially for security and law & order - ACTIVATE LOCAL INTELLIGENCE UNITS under central agencies at every nook and corner of country means every village, town area, small, medium, large and metro cities. Central agency should create, maintain data 3rd is related to HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF POLICING, INVESTIGATION, JUDICIARY. A VERY HUGE AMOUNT, LAND AND TOTALLY UNPRODUCTIVE MANPOWER(LAWYERS, POLICE, JUDICIARY) IS INVOLVED IN LEGAL CASES. OVER AND ABOVE A HUGE NUMBER OF UNDERTRIALS WITHOUT ANY PROGRESS IN CASE ARE LODGED IN PRISONS CAUSING A HUGE LOSS TO BUDGET.

Hon’ble PM Modi ji, I request reforms in the ration system. Even after biometric verification, many people in cities do not receive their ration, while some sellers allegedly divert it for black-market sale and threaten to blacklist ration cards if beneficiaries refuse biometric verification. Direct cash support in beneficiaries’ bank accounts could be considered. As a junior-college student, I also request more platforms and opportunities for students to showcase talent and earn.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I suggest a topic for Mann Ki Baat: making OTT entertainment safer for children while preserving adults’ lawful freedom of choice. In many Indian homes, adults and children share the same TV and streaming devices. Even with ratings and parental controls, a child may enter while age-restricted content is playing and see explicit visuals or hear abusive language. I respectfully propose a National Child Safe OTT Framework or Family Safe Mode with separate child/adult profiles, PIN authentication, automatic blocking of A-rated content in child mode, safeguards for shared TVs and casting, optional muting or blurring of sensitive content, clear warnings, consistent controls across devices, and independent safety testing. This is not blanket censorship; it is about preventing accidental exposure through technology. Adults can retain lawful choice while children receive stronger protection. Respectfully, Bheemappa Bandikeri

Dear Prime Minister, India imports 3.5 million tons of sunflower edible oil BUT hardly producers 0.5 million tons. A very HUGE GAP in supply and demand. Imported oil keeps Lower domestic rates of this crop making it difficult for the farmers to cultivate it. Request you to draft a policy by giving special incentive of 25k per ton to the farmers of sunflower produced. This will encourage them to grow more crop and become financially independent. The daily wage workers and fertilizers have become SO expensive that the farmers have stopped cultivation of SUNFLOWER and GROUND NUTS. If INDIA needs to save foreign exchange a very special booster package needs to be implemented for next few years for growth of sunflower and ground nuts production.
