Sir, In this august month,Sirji, your govt should ensure to permanently close the delay in courts chaptor- Tarikh pe Tarikh, which has resulted in unaccounted loss of aggrieved people's energy time money ,perhap lives too, waiting hopelessly to get justice in their life time. Folowing procedure may be weighed over its merits and any improvements are to be made, a high powered committee of Ex Judges from Supreme court to be formed, to give its recommendations within 2 months period by undertaking daily seatings. 1- All courts, From Majistrate level to Supreme Courts start functioning in two shifts-1st- 7.00 am to1.00 pm.& 2nd- 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. 2- Adequate budgetary provisions be made to appoint additional manpowers, including Judges, their support staff etc. 3- Law Ministry & Collegian should jointly decide in giving extension of 2 years in desrving judges who retires at their respective current retirement age, to meet pressing demand of immediate additional judges. Can I expect from the honorable prime minister to do the needful ammendment to abolish the limitations act because it keeps the law abiding citizen away to get the natural justice from last pillar of justice which means court. The highest court accept the matter is and will still remain in existence but the court cannot take it for hearing. This means that the prime minister office and our constitution maker. failed to provide the citizens of India a decent life to live in dignity. I hope you got the pain behind the grievance.

India's IT sector built its reputation on talent — now it's discarding it at 40. IT hiring has fallen 30% in two years; the 3–5 yr experience band, once the industry's largest segment, shrank from 56.5% to 45.8% of postings in a single year. TCS cut 23,400 jobs in FY26; Oracle cut 10,000 in India. Job ads openly cap age at 40. AI is accelerating this — IMF estimates 40% of Indian jobs are AI-exposed, and 84% of professionals feel unprepared. This creates a "missing middle": workers with 15–25 years of formal, tax-paying employment who are unemployable in their own industry, yet ineligible for EPFO pension until 58 (reduced even then from 50), and excluded from welfare schemes meant for the poor. Ask: a dedicated 40+ reskilling mission, tax incentives for retaining/rehiring experienced talent, a bridge allowance funded via the new retrenchment reskilling fund, scrutiny of age-capped hiring, and easier credit for consulting transitions.

Honourable PM ji, Thank you for inviting citizens to share ideas for the next Mann Ki Baat. I would like to share my thoughts on the recent student protests at Jantar Mantar. While I do not support disruptive forms of protest, I believe we must also listen to the concerns behind them. Many Indians are seeking transparency and swift action when any issues affect their life. I suggest creating a National Youth Advisory Committee, representing diverse regions, backgrounds and viewpoints, to provide direct ground-level feedback to the government. In large organisations, information can sometimes get filtered through multiple layers. Government should ensure that it hears not only from supporters but also from those who may have genuine concerns or different perspectives. Let us combine the energy, passion and courage of our youth with the wisdom and experience of senior leaders. This could be a powerful combination for a more responsive and transparent India. Jai Hind!

I would like Mann Ki Baat to talk about the financial problems faced by college students. Many students really want to study, but managing college fees, books, travel and daily expenses becomes difficult when the family has limited income. In some families, only one parent earns, and they already have many responsibilities. The government could provide genuine part-time jobs, work-from-home opportunities and paid internships that students can manage along with their studies. This would help students earn a little, gain work experience and reduce the financial burden on their parents. Also, information about scholarships, internships and student jobs should reach students easily, because many opportunities are available but students often don't even know about them.
