Dear pM Modi sir we can think of 1. “One Family – One Skill” 🇮🇳 A national movement encouraging every family to have at least one member develop a practical, future-oriented skill—AI, digital technology, languages, handicrafts, finance, healthcare, agriculture, etc. Core message: India’s greatest strength is its people; every citizen can become a skilled contributor to Viksit Bharat.

Mukherjee’s Sperm DNA Integrity Index (MSDII) is a digital health innovation developed at AIIMS Patna to address Unexplained Male Infertility (UMI). Conventional semen analyses often miss Sperm DNA Fragmentation (SDF), leaving couples without answers. Gold-standard lab assays (SCSA, TUNEL, Halosperm) are costly (~₹20,000) and geographically restricted. MSDII bridges this diagnostic divide by converting WHO 6th Edition semen parameters—concentration, motility, morphology—alongside lifestyle and environmental metrics into an instant, offline DFI risk prediction at the point of care. Performance: >80% sensitivity/specificity with a ~12% margin of error. Privacy & Access: DPDP-compliant local processing allows zero-cost screening in remote centers and tele-medicine hubs. Support: Backed by ICMR thesis funding and registered at the IPO. Disclaimer: MSDII is an algorithmic screening tool and does not replace lab assays for absolute DFI quantification.

Dear PM Modi sir, India’s Senior Citizens – From Responsibility to National Resource” 👴👵 Create a national platform where retired professionals, teachers, engineers, accountants, entrepreneurs and skilled workers can voluntarily mentor young Indians, schools, startups and MSMEs. Core message: Experience should not retire. This could turn millions of experienced Indians into mentors and knowledge contributors.

India has a significant number of people living with autoimmune diseases, yet private health coverage provider for such conditions remains a major challenge. We dont get any coverage if we are diagnosed with autoimmune disease. The government should consider encouraging or mandating broader coverage for autoimmune diseases, so patients—especially from middle- and lower-income families—aren’t forced to bear the entire financial burden of long-term treatment.

Also, Can we please add a simple filter to reservations without removing them? Families earning above ₹6 lakh annually, or those where two generations have already benefited from reservation, should not continue to receive it. If that isn’t possible, at least reduce the gap between reserved and General Category cut-offs. A GC candidate needing 95 while a reserved candidate gets selected at 55–60 creates a huge disparity & injustice. The gap should ideally be limited to 10–15 marks. For example, if GC is 95, the reserved cut-off should be around 80–85, not 50–60. Such a wide gap can affect both fairness and quality.

Bridging Generations: Youth Habits and Timeless Wisdom Today’s youth, particularly Gen Z, are driven, digitally connected, and eager to make a meaningful difference. Good habits—such as discipline, environmental care, humility, and community service—are best nurtured when young people have real-life role models. While the older generation often seeks ways to guide the young, the most powerful lessons do not come from lectures; they come from living examples of dedication and action within our own soil. The Transformation of Sri Basavarajappa Menasinakayi In Hallur village, located in the Rattihalli taluk of Haveri district, Karnataka, the community possesses a remarkable beacon of inspiration. At 90 years old, Sri Basavarajappa Menasinakayi, Secretary of the Sri Lakshmi Ranganatha Swamy Temple, offers a masterclass in moral character, leadership, and vision.

Namashkar PradhanSevak Narendra Modi ji!🙏 Few suggestions from my end: 1. Please implement UCC across because only you can do it like u did Abrogation of article 370. The UCC implementation has been pending for long time. 2. Please update the base pay for private job salaried employees. Its very very low and doesn't match with the growth rate and inflation rate. 3. Taking inspiration from Puris drinking from tap water across city, can we please expedite and implement it in all major cities of the country? 4. Work has been very slow in your 3rd term. Governance too has taken a hit. We can see corruption in Land registration, Govt hospitals where the staff sells the required things like meds, pipes, filters to patients at additional cost even if its provided by govt. Ex: Capital Hospital Bhubaneswar! 5. Kindly diversify IT jobs across country instead of focusing on Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune only. Please develop tier 2 and 3 cities like Bhubaneswar & Ranchi to have more jobs.

Conclusion The *E-Secure Shram* framework represents more than just a registry—it is a comprehensive blueprint for national transformation. By prioritizing practical, ground-level skills (E-Practical) and instituting reliable, lifelong credentials (Work/Technical Certificates), India can successfully transition its massive workforce from the unorganised shadows into a secure, skilled, and future-ready economy.

Sadar Pranam Need you to legislate an act of Parliamentary Behaviour as Pre-Requisite to retain membership of Parliament regardless of whether elected or nominated. It is time to tame the unprecedented Un-parliamentary behaviour of Opposition and particularly of LoP in the annals of Indian Parliament history. Sadar Pranam Gangesh Varma 9875670684
