Inviting Ideas for Mann Ki Baat by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 30th August 2026

India's rapidly growing urban centres are facing an increasingly serious challenge of water scarcity. A significant part of this problem can be addressed if we, as citizens, embrace the safe reuse of treated wastewater. With tertiary treatment technologies, sewage water can be purified to potable standards. Adoption of such technologies would create long-term water security for our cities, reduce dependence on freshwater sources & minimise the environmental impact of sewage discharge into rivers & lakes. The primary challenge today is not technology—it is public perception & mindset. A message from the PM highlighting the importance of treated wastewater reuse could play a transformative role in bringing about this change in public thinking. India's youth, in particular, are likely to embrace such innovative and sustainable solutions. Countries such as Singapore have demonstrated that large-scale wastewater recycling can become the cornerstone of urban water security.

My today's Ideas focus on restoring confidence For Exam leak cases through transparency, accountability, technology & student-centered governance. -> Use AI-based monitoring, secure printing systems and digital tracking of question papers. -> Use encrypted digital question papers, multi-layer authentication, geo-locking and audit trails. -> Release a public report detailing security improvements, incidents and corrective actions to build long-term confidence.

मैं समकित जैन शास्त्री, राजस्थान के किशनगढ़ का एक संस्कृत विद्यार्थी हूँ। वर्ष 2015 में माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के "Digital India" और "Startup India" के विज़न से प्रेरित होकर मैंने नौकरी खोजने के बजाय रोजगार सृजित करने का संकल्प लिया। बचपन में न कंप्यूटर था, न तकनीकी शिक्षा, फिर भी मात्र ₹2,000 की पूंजी से 1 जुलाई 2015 को कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर, किशनगढ़ की स्थापना की। पिछले 11 वर्षों में 1.5 लाख से अधिक नागरिकों तक 400 से अधिक डिजिटल सेवाएँ पहुँचाईं, 11,000 से अधिक निःशुल्क बाल आधार नामांकन, वित्तीय समावेशन, डिजिटल साक्षरता और जनसेवा के अनेक नवाचार किए। इसी यात्रा से प्रेरित होकर मैंने "Digital Shastri" स्टार्टअप की स्थापना की, जिसका उद्देश्य संस्कृत विद्यार्थियों को डिजिटल कौशल, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता, उद्यमिता और रोजगार सृजन से जोड़ना है। मेरा विश्वास है कि संस्कृत का विद्यार्थी केवल Job Seeker नहीं, बल्कि Job Creator भी बन सकता है। मेरा संकल्प है कि संस्कृत और तकनीक के समन्वय से आत्मनिर्भर भारत एवं विकसित भारत 2047 के निर्माण में सक्रिय योगदान दूँ।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम। देश के स्वास्थ्य ढाँचे को और अधिक आधुनिक, सुलभ और सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से मैंने एक विस्तृत नीतिगत सुझाव पत्र तैयार किया है। इसमें ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में AI व Telemedicine, डिजिटल हेल्थ साक्षरता, मानव संसाधन का विस्तार, PPP मॉडल पर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और प्रिवेंटिव हेल्थ जैसे अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर व्यावहारिक कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत की गई है।

Respected Prime Minister Ji. With whatever is going on in country now a days, I strongly believe that country needs be united internally to face external situations. I want to share a thought to Unite India, not just calm down these protests but also minimize or almost finish possibilities of such harmful protests by any Gen, Farmers, Group of people, or Common people while opening up Doors for a healthy conversation and start a practice which can strengthen people's trust on government and practice can be continued by any government for the betterment of people. IT Team-Entire thought cannot be shared here. It's a detailed step by step process. I am a common man with No Social or Political background and dont have any reference to reach anyone. सर जी क्या कुछ दशकों पहले शिक्षा संस्थानों में hybrid व्यवस्था होती थी जिसमें शिक्षा संस्थान सामाजिक संस्थाओं द्वारा संचालित किया जाता था, सरकार कुल खर्च का कुछ हिस्सा आर्थिक सहायता के रूप में ऐसी संस्थाओं को दिया करती थी । इस व्यवस्था में शिक्षा का स्तर भी बहुत अच्छा, सस्ता सूदंर, टिकाऊ, सुदृढ़, सरकार की प्राथमिकता के अनुसार पाठ्यक्रम व सभी सुविधाएं से लैस व समुचित समाज को सशक्त व प्रोत्साहित करने का लक्ष्य रहता था। क्या हमारे समाज व सरकार का ऐसी सामाजिक व सांस्कृतिक संस्थाओं पर से भरोसा उठ गया है । ऐसी संस्थाओं का राष्ट्र के प्रति दायित्व काफ़ी गहरा व गंभीर रहा है जैसा मैंने अनुभव किया है। सरकारी स्कूलों को भी धीरे-धीरे करके हाईब्रिड संस्था के तौर पर सामाजिक संगठनों को देने का प्रयास किया जा सकता है । क्या सरकार आज भी वर्तमान शिक्षा व्यवस्था को वैसा नहीं बनाया जा सकता है जो कि समाज व राष्ट्र के सभी वर्गों के बच्चों के हित में सुंदर सस्ता समृद्ध सुलभ सुदृढ़ सुविधाजनक व बेहतर रहता रहा है। ज़रूर विचार करना जी

Respected Prime Minister sir, Dear Sir, I am Rakesh, and I am worried about increasing rapidly issue of floods in india. I am working towards solving the problem of flooding in India. To this end, I am continuously studying flood patterns and trying to understand where and how to disrupt them—not only to resolve the immediate issue but also to develop technology that can eliminate this problem from our country once and for all. I am also designing tools that will prove instrumental in achieving my goal of a "flood-free India." We face this problem every monsoon season, resulting in losses not just of money, but also of homes, crops, livestock, and much more—losses that are escalating rapidly year after year.
